Tap in with us for a 30 minute FULL BODY dumbbell workout that will challenge your overall strength and conditioning! Enjoy this NO REPEAT format that will target every muscle group in your body. Depending on your goals, this is a great workout for building strength, losing body fat, improving endurance and more. This routine is more suitable for advanced levels, however, we can provide you with modifications in the comments if you want to give it a shot. We recommend doing a workout like this at least 2 times per week to see consistent improvements. All you need is a light to moderate weight pair of dumbbells and a soft surface. I am the same way at 33. I feel like in my early 20’s or late teens again. Keeping up now before it’s too late. Especially with those younger than me and most of my family having health and physical problems too. Some even look and feel older than me too. Life isn’t a competition though but its what I do best for myself

I agree. Unlike the others, I like softer music like this especially when there are weights involved. When there is upbeat music I feel like it makes me feel too pressured and can't focus on my form, etc.

My husband will start joining me. He sat to view a couple of reps, and said he's joining me soon. Then, after he saw the 8 minute ab, he said he'd create a schedule so that we can workout with Juice and Toya. I was popping sweat like a waterfall running with this 30 minute full body workout. I've been trying to lose weight for 2 years, and I have not gaianed weight in 2 years, it has stayed the same, and the most I have lost is 10lbs I just lost the ten pounds in June ,and I need to lose 65 more to get a healthy BMI and escape being pre-diabetic. I walk 5 miles 3 days out the week, but I got to figure out what I am doing wrong because I have tried so many things. It's July 16, 2022, and I need to have at least 45lbs of those 65lbs off before Summer of 2023. Thank You guys for sharing your gifts.

I just found your channel and wow I loved this workout. It's an ideal length for me to do on my lunch break whilst working from home and it's so good to find a strength workout that's not also a HIIT workout. I loved the background music, the timer and the signal to switch half way through some exercises, and the fact that you guys just get on with it and give it a really chill atmosphere without annoying talking or shouting throughout. I've created a favourite workouts library just so I can add this one because I'll definitely be doing it again. More strength workouts like this would be amazing. Thanks guys! Love from the UK.

I loved this workout. Finally got through this whole thing, pacing myself and not going overboard on weight. I'd love to see more full body dumbbell workouts!

My favorite full body w/ dumbbells workout video I’ve found so far. Wow. Perfect pace. The moves aren’t so complex that out of shape people like myself can’t achieve proper form. I felt really motivated to finish because I felt like I could achieve the workout forms you were demonstrating. THANK. YOU. Drenched in sweat. 👍

These alternative dumbbell sets are amazing 😍😍😍 you get to focus on one arm at the time and repeat the move slowly - more effective ❤❤❤

I love your workouts because you aren't constantly chatting and saying cheesy things like "come on you can do it!" and giggling. Just a great basic workout in 30 minutes with good music to match. Thank you for making these videos to keep me motivated to work out!

You can do this as much as needed for your goals- just be sure to get adequate rest and recovery- thats just as important!🔥

You guys don't know how i really adore your videos! A month ago I started with your 30 minutes dumbell wo for beginner then always randomly play your contents. And today i get along with this video by YT home recommendation without even reading the title. My bad for also skipping the intro just wanna straight to the wo. In the middle, i thought I'm getting bored with u guys cs it felt too long. Turned out it's 60 seconds per set! And then Toya said in the end of the vid "it's advance" :') I'm so moved since I can't believe I've passed this level! Thank you guys for providing us your FREE wo menus! Fyi: i went from 86.5 kg, and now I'm 81! The best thing about this is my muscles (especially biceps) also POP so hard!! Love u guys!!!💛🧡❤️

I came here trying to find new ideas on what to do with my current dumbbell workout and this did not disappoint! Decided to follow along and my workout clothes are soaked with sweat and I feel great!
