I did this and the 10 minute power legs as a finisher and you know it’s a good workout when you pray your baby will wake up early from their nap so you don’t have to finish it 😂 thank you!!

LOVED this lower body compound workout. Switching workouts around this week to accommodate work travel - it's perfect because there are 2 bodyweight workouts! This one was a burner. Went hard and heavy!
This kicked my butt! I used 25lbs and 20lbs for the duration with a heavy & meduim band. I completed a 30-minute banded glute workout and a 22-minute glute and inner thigh workout prior to this workout. Im done!!
Finished this workout & definitely worked up sweat, awesome! this is my 2nd week working out and must say feeling great, getting ready for my run.... 💪🙌💯🔥

Wow! This was my first time doing one of your workouts and I feel great. I just started getting back into working out and this really kicked my butt! I love your energy! You mention you injured your knee. If I’m not being nosy, I wonder what was the injury? I ask because I tore my right ACL and Meniscus in 2021, and since have been a little picky of my workouts. For the time being, I’ve opted out of ACL repair surgery. That’ll be a last resort, if I start to notice my instability in my knee. Thanks again for this killer workout! 👏🏻
So you mentioned needing to do more calf raises - I recently noticed I both don't wash my face for long enough nor do calf raises enough, so I have started doing 20 slow calf raises while I scrub my face with my face wash every night - making sure I get off all my makeup while strengthening my calves.. hahahaha in case anybody needs a little life hack ;)

LOVE this format and every single one of these moves-ESPECIALLY the deadlifts and how I can go heavier!-- I didn't even touch my 15s! I used 20, 25, and even a 30 pounder!!!! Thanks for the encouragement! I also have started slowly going shoe free to strengthen my feet! Today I nearly did half of the workout barefoot and no foot pain!
I really dislike leg day BUT, I made myself use 15 pounds for most of the workout. It killed me but I'm happy I made myself do it. Thank you team NML!!
I've been training with 8lb dumbells since i am recovering from a knee/ankle injury, but today i went for 10lbs and I'm so happy. Sweaty and noodly, but happy 😊
New favorite 🔥!! I hate leg days, but this one flew by! Did the whole thing with 20lbs and starting to feel like I can go heavier on some moves. I've been doing your workouts for about 4 years now. I had my first baby just after I turned 40, a year ago. I really think sticking to your workouts has made me mentally and physically strong to be an "older" mom! This was definitely a holy bananas workout!! I was sweating like crazy, love getting my heart rate up without a lot of cardio. Felt so strong afterwards, even went up one kilo on my weights today!! Thank you!
WIith compound movements, just feel like I get the biggest bang for my buck. I don't love traditional circut training, so thanks for making strength work so much fun.
Day 3 done ✅ for the challenge. I went for a vacation for thanksgiving where there were ton of steps to climb. Most of my friends got muscle soreness next day, but I didn’t. I am thankful to you for giving me stronger legs.
After having a blood transfusion last Week; iron was 6 , I started back with this workout out. Not working at the same level as a month ago but will keep going. Use it as a reason to improve.
Second time doing this workout, went heavier and I felt so powerful! Thanks to the nml team I am able to lift heavier and feel good afterwards with the warm ups/cool downs

Great workout! I enjoyed the format and combination moves especially the deadlift + clean + squat and snatch + lung to build muscle, increase HR and sweat.
