I know you were posting this on a Saturday morning, I ended up doing it on a Wednesday morning. I loved it! It's great any day of the week. I enjoyed the fact that you were doing a repeating circuit. So, my goal today is to find resistance bands training while sitting. I’m looking for both upper and lower body workouts. This is what I’ve found so far. Are there others?
