This was an awesome workout and perfect for what I need. Usually, I don’t do running or jogging workouts but this was perfect for me as a beginner; I could follow along with low impact moves and still push myself to try a little more intense movement when I wanted to. Thanks much for all your good work!

I’m just over 200 pounds I put weight on big time after a broken foot and leg Just been discharged from physio and told I can get back on with my workouts It was a struggle but I managed to finish the workout Very grateful to be back Praise be, for the work you do through the power of our Lord Jesus Thank you Eugene

I love your work outs. Since the weather has improved I have been doing my jogging, walking, running along the Snake River here in Idaho. I'm working at doing my second 5K run that's coming up on July 1st. I turn 76 in July my goal is to do one more 5K
