I finished work at 6pm and thought I would do a walking workout to stretch my legs, after sitting for the entire day. Then I saw your workout and thought, short and sweet; excellent and I love kickboxing. Well, I totally underestimated the effort required but I was so pleased with myself afterwards 😁. You were speaking to me today, so didn't want to workout, but decided to do it, as I love kickboxing and thought "it's only 25 minutes." Well that 25 minutes got me energized to then do a 30 minute upper body, so went from just wanting to sit on the couch to 55 minutes of working out & feel SO much more energized. Thank you, thank you for your amazing workouts and encouraging words.
My 1.5 year old even liked this one 😆 You should see her adorable versions of the moves! She even tried a push-up by squatting down, putting her hands on the floor and nodding her head 😂 Love getting to inspire her!

Bananas! Dripping sweat so badly but it felt so goodly (I know that's not a word). 😜 just a little delirious after those plank variations, back kick burpees, and side oblique leg raises.
I usually detest cardio, but this kickboxing workout was a lot of fun! I didn't want to move today because I had a crappy night of sleep with my toddler, but this GAVE me back some energy!
I loved this! Back to back to back moves, only 20 minutes but I am so sweaty and breathless! A great routine for a Cardio day and this one is so much fun to do xx

I added this on today after doing a 25-minute upper body with you. I just have to tell you guys, I have been doing your workouts now for about 5-6 years through anxiety/depression, divorce and good times too. My kids know your guys' names and join along sometimes, I am 44 and still "knocking it out!". Thank you so much for empowering women and Moms, I appreciate all that you do for me!

I recommend this cardio kickboxing, it has been very intense, fun, not boring, I love it because I have worked my whole body, it has been the best 25 minutes used. I have burned a lot of calories, thanks for the work and dedication you put into doing each exercise routine.
Another good one ladies!! I really liked this workout. I was so happy I could do the plank taps the second time around. Does anyone else have trouble with those push-ups? I'll keep working on it. So sweaty from this one.

Didn't feel like exercising today, but I pushed myself to do it...and I am glad I did. I definitely missed my dumbells (cardio is not my love language language 😂) but adding some kickboxing made it fun! So, thank you!!

I didn't want to pick up heavy weights today since I have a kink in my neck from 20 lb weight overhead snafches, this was the perfect way to get movement in & break a sweat!
Seriously amazing workout! I fell in love with boxing after a lower body injury (not workout related, just fell down wood steps wearing socks 🙃) as a woman, I always thought boxing wasn't for me, like it was a guy thing. I was so wrong! Boxing makes you feel like a complete beast! The power, agility, and endurance required really show you what you're made to of! I'd love more of these with weights! But after yesterday's triceps circuit, I was feeeeellliinngg those tabletop dips at the end 🔥

I found my first NML workout I didn’t love. I just felt sloppy and floundering. I know I could have slowed it down but when you are watching, you just want to keep up. I think next time, I will find a different workout, Grow With Jo has some kickboxing workouts that I will swap with. I love NML for all the strength workouts! I workout with NML every day!! ❤
