I wish that you could click the "like" button multiple times, as I have followed this video so many times early in the morning, as it's such a perfect start to the day. So multiple thank you's!!
My request is so boring, but with 2 young kids it can be tricky to find 40 mins... This 25 min (or anything 30 mins below) is such a win! I go back to the past 20 - 30 min videos all the time....
Tim, this has to be one of the best practices you've posted mostly because of the laughing in the beginning. I love laughter as it's contagious! Stacy, where did you get that top? I like the design on the back of it. This a great practice, thank you so much to the both of you. Safe travels to Australia, sorry I couldn't make it but wish you guys the best time. Namaste!
Let's start in Laughing Pose! Fun to start with what felt like 'outake giggling', it was perfect for this morning when it was sooo hard to get up and crawl to my mat. Your sense of fun is infectious. You two are the best, keep it up, thanks Tim and Stacy
Nice. I love all the little creative directions you have, like, burrowing my scapula in to fill out my chest, and, reaching the back of my skull away from my hips. They really help me visualise and bring my awareness to my body. Keep doing what you're doing. My wish is to have strong, balanced posture. You give lots of directions with this, from the feet to the head, but I still don't feel right. However, I think doing yoga consistently for more than 2 1/2 months will help.
Thank you Tim! Your videos really helped me to get to the next level of my practice! I do yoga almost everyday and I see the changes in my body and my mind. 🧘♀️🙏🌼
I really loved the chakra videos for the community! A 75 minute Namastream practice that acknowledges each chakra would be so rad. Just a thought! Stacy, your practice is just great! Thanks guys!
Loved it! I'm a yoga teacher And sometimes I just want to be guided and I also look for new inspiration. This was a perfect mix of activation and pace.
Thank you, Desiree - Much appreciated! You may also want to give the Conscious Movement Course a try. If you’re not yet signed up, go to yogawithtim.com and click the Conscious Movement tab.
I love the challenges you made. I hope next year we continue where we left, getting into some more advanced poses as well as more yogic philosophy included in the practice. What I'd really love is if we got to see more than one video a week! In general, an even deeper yoga experience - more spirituality, more poses, more often... lots of love to you both! 💛
Thanks Tyler! Yes for sure! In the meantime I have the conscious movement community where there are advanced practices, breath-work, and philosophy and longer classes. First two weeks are free! timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement
For feedback on content - I’ve been doing a few long missions on my bike and have found myself going back to some of the foam roller vids. It’ll be awesome to see some content on restoring/rebuilding the legs. After all those crescent lunges! You guys rock, thanks 🙏🏻 🤙🏼
My first time doing yoga since last summer every day through August and September. This practice was invigorating and relaxing at the same time...such a great way to start my practice again. I will definitely check out more of your videos and try to stick to doing yoga every day again! Thank you ☺
Oh man, that was a fabulous start! Followed swiftly by making me laugh even more whilst trying to do the core warm-up, I love that warm-up but laughing through it is not as easy as you think. Thanks Tim and Stacy.
I would love a video devoted to Chaturanga. I can’t even do Chaturanga with my knees down. Step-by-step modifications for how to get into the pose would be great. For example, start first with this modification. Then when you feel strong in this modification, progress to this. I enjoy vinyasa practice, but really want to be careful with Chaturanga for my shoulders sake. I have been practicing with your videos since before the first of the year, including the 30 day challenge. I really appreciate your clear instruction! Thank you!!
Hello Tim! I especially like everything that helps me fight the bad 'desk-job posture' (your videos are great for this!). This year I aim at integrating some meditation time before or after my morning yoga session so I would love to have videos that include a longer meditation (maybe with a variety of lengths). Thank you!
Hey JD! Great idea :) Thank you for your feedback. In the meantime, have you tried the meditation challenge?ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zuA7DwYpfsM.html
@@yogawithtim I have and I want some more! ;-) And if I can add, I also enjoyed it last year when you told us about the main yoga principles (be truthful, not take more than our share, etc.). It then becomes so much more than a physical practice... Namaste🙏🏼
Love the laughter... you bring joy into my life every morning whether it’s a giggling start or your silly comments during the practice. I am grateful to have found you! Your humble and fun way of teaching is so appreciated! Thank you!
Yoga has been my companion for 16 years , however only since I have done many of your videos over a year now with both 30 day cellenges - I got rid of my back pain and my knees are much better - thanks for all the amazing sequences !! Would you have one / could you do one for knee problems especially ? If I didn’t live half way across the globe I sure would come to your classes !! I love all your comments and insights as well which I think are just as important as the acutual movement itself ...
Hey Astrid! So stoked these sequences are helping you. Have you done any of the movement practices? ru-vid.com/group/PL9T0rODp2rcs-aiKaXJkJpHJ9F3BwMtex these are great for building strength in the glutes and outer hips, which can help with knee pain.
I really enjoyed the sequencing, silent background, and length of time of this video. I would recommend holding the poses longer in the beginning, as well as more alignment cues. Thanks!
Great video Tim ! Some more content feedback - 10-15 min pranayama / meditation videos (loved your 7 day meditation challenge), + more 1 hour challenging / intense but balancing, (intermediate to advance) sequences on CMC would be great too. Your focus on details and micro alignments is brilliant, love your style!
Hi Tim. Loving all this year’s videos, in particular the 30 day challenge. Wonder if you might consider giving us some guidance on inversions, especially both shoulder and head stands? Have a great trip to Australia/New Zealand... Namasté from the UK! Pietro.
Hey! Those are both very advance postures, that I strongly encourage to make sure you have all the standing poses down first. I have practices that include these poses on my conscious movement community here: timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement
Hi. I completed the 30 day challenge and it has massively helped me with creating more stability and strength in my practice. I would like to build more strength and stability in my upper body. Chaturanga feels clumsy and constricted for me and I often wonder if this is upper body strength. Love all the videos. Love the 40 mins ones as I can feel I have done a full practice but it doesn't feel as demanding time wise as an hour. 😀
Thank you Tim. I am already looking forward to tomorrow's morning practice :-) . You're both wonderful! - If I could wish for something: some 20 minutes sequences concentrating on single body parts like shoulders, hips etc... To practice as needed individually or in a freely chosen combinations...Would be great. - Wish you a good time and a great trip to Australia/New Zealand!
Tim, hi! Love your channel. Can I make a request? I'd like have a good vinyasa flow for evening time. I always try to do yoga in the mornings but sometimes I miss it and then I want to do a good flow after work... Thank you so much!
@@yogawithtim OK! I always see videos that say 'morning flow' but never 'evening flow'. I thought it was because they're more invigorating. Good to know!
I liked the alignment suggestions in janu' (one-legged forward fold). Can you add more alignment suggestions for tight glutes/hamstrings (or a whole practice?). Thanks!
Hey Tim! Just a small request - Could you please post thumbnails that best represent a video. I almost didn't click on this one because the thumbnail had an advanced inversion (pincha? scorpion? I can't even tell lol). It looked way beyond my level but when I opened the video, I was happy to see that it was a beginner friendly class.. And it was awesome! I hope you got my point! Thanks!
I'm ready to do the chattarunga challenge- but I don't see the link. Can you please post it? Great practice, around 30 minutes (or under) is perfect for my daily practice. Thanks Tim and Stacy!
This practice was perfect! I absolutely love how you and Stacy where laughing in the beginning as laughing is contagious and I started laughing too. I love the ringing bowl sound, Thank you! This practice really helped me start the day on a happier note. I truly appreciate all you an Stacy do. Have a wonderful day! Namaste!
Hi, Tim, thanks for offering your gifts to all of us online. In this video you mention a link that helps us learn more about the "chautarunga." (don't know how to spell it :)). I can't seem to find it (I am also new to this You Tube format). Can you please direct me to the link? Thanks.
Lovely practice! Finishing our time in Australia tomorrow night and back to the uk but wishing you a fantastic time in Byron bay and NZ. See you two on the mat again soon! 😁
Hi Tim, Been a follower for a few years and was really enjoying the 30 day challenge until my elbow went rogue...(I have "tennis/golf elbow" from yoga). I have been doing stretches and resting it--it's feeling better, however, I'm sure I'm not the only person who has ever injured their elbow doing yoga. Two things-- 1. Yoga (I did a typo "yoda" I'm sure he would have some input--"pain, elbow indeed" :-D ) stretches-routine for curing/preventing elbow pain (I know it is actually my stiff shoulders) 2. "Hands free" yoga routine so I can keep up my practice while resting my elbow Love how in all your videos you keep it unapologetically real--by your comments/puns as the thoughts come to you, and laughter, it's wonderful! One of the reasons I keep coming back to your channel. Thank you!
y'all cute. there were parts of this video/practice i enjoyed. overall though i found myself missing your guidance as we moved between poses. your voiceover was more instructive in this vid than in others. oh and also stacy holy shit ab strength. at the end of the core work, i just gave up and watched you. *snaps*
Always enjoy the instruction and attention to detail! Practice with you every day! :-) Keep up the amusing commentary as well. Makes it more fun! Namaste from Florida! :-)
