Hey Tom, I've been following your videos since last December, since that time they have helped to completely fix my posture and make my back pain go away! Thank you, I really appreciate all the effort you put into your videos!
I can’t tell enough how much I needed this routine. I started swimming again this week and my shoulders are not open as before. I have an elimination two weeks later, it’ll help so much. Thank you Tom🙏🏿💙
I have been working on my shoulder and chest flexibility for a year now and doing this routine shows how much I have improved. Some of these stretches are new to me so I will be adding them to my weekly routine. Great video and thank you.
Omg I needed this in my life. I have a SLAP tear injury from seven years ago (refused surgery and don't regret it) but my should is still very much suffering and I've been looking for good stretches for it. Thank you! FYI I did your first one a couple months ago and it felt great (for the most part). Some parts more painful than others but to feel the stretch was amazing. Now all I need is something to help with the flexor tendon sprain I got a year ago. It's no better than when I first injured and actually feels worse! (MCP joint middle finger. Who knew how crippling that could be. I thought the SLAP tear was bad.)
I started having shoulder pain and weakness that gort progressively worse u til it hurt to even lift my arm high. I figured I needed to improve joint mobility and your follow along routines are a real life saver. After just five days of the shoulder routine, my shoulder is miles better. I look forward to improving full body mobility in the coming weeks and months. I hope to see more variations and more challenging follow along workouts for mobility as well as for strength . Keep up the good work.
Hi Tom! amazing work! May I suggest posture correction and stretches for office workers especially that heaps of people are now working from home stuck on desks mainly on a slouched position. Thank you for the work that you do!
Thank you, you help me so much. Since I've been following your videos I improved my posture and my pain decreased a lot. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Flipping Amazing! I was crying out for help this AM as my chest and shoulders were so tight and painful!! Thank you! I have so much more flexibility and so much less pain! God Bless and thank you for sharing!
Hi Tom :) first of all I would like to thank you for all of your uploads. They are really helpful. Would it be possible to do follow along elbow strengthening/stretching for golfers elbow. I know you have many videos on this topic but I just love you follow alongs. Thank you ❤
Thanks for this, as someone with a shoulder/rhomboid/trapezius/... that keeps getting tight/tense/painful due to stress, a desk job and too little movement... It felt good / like it hit the right spots. A good variation on the exercises I got from my physio, and handy to be able to follow along. In terms of what would be great in next follow alongs: a flow and tips for tension headache relief would be greatly appreciated too 🙏
Thanks! this is perfect. I’ve been working the beginner handstand video and this pairs well. Im also looking forward to more splits your front/middle/pancake follow-alongs are great.
Absolutely adore these routines Tom! In response to suggestions for ideas, how about an upper back flexibility/thoracic rotation routine? Or a tight upper traps? Or overall back mobility? I have tight upper traps following a serious neck injury that I can't shake, but it's a common symptom for people sitting at computers all day
OK. Was thinking about one of your shoulder stretch video all day and here i see your updated shoulder stretch. Can’t wait to do this from tmrw. My traps are killing me
Hey Tom, I’m really struggling with extreme tightness behind my knees. It gets in the way of everything hamstring related. Would you be able to do a video on how to fix this?
We all had tightness in our rotator cuff causing clicks and pops of the shoulder joint. That was my case.... But after performing these stretches, I build mobility & flexibility in my shoulders and now I am back to full strength. You can find these stretches in this article : therehabboy.blogspot.com/2021/07/best-rotator-cuff-exercises-7-easy.html
I was hoping if you'd make a V2 for shoulder....... I'm trying your "fix your ankle" routine for the 3rd week now and it's really been helpful.....thanks for that and this.
this relaxed shoulder stretch is so perfect for me been doing your 15 minute shoulder routine for really long and it's nice to have variation! and a more relaxed version thanks Tom! :D
Greatly appreciated. Liked the chilled approach. Great to use on my non-gym days. I do an abbreviated version of this in the gym when I am working on shoulders or back. Very beneficial.
Enjoyed this routine. Combined it with the Swan exercise in the "fixed rounded shoulders" follow along to get a slightly more intense exercise. Thanks Tom!
Hey man, good set, a good add to your shoulder strecht is "the lifting of your hands over the wall, while being with your back touching the wall", its a hell of a mobility hack
Hi buddy, thanks for the session. I could do this routine and feels great but i have a constant little pain in my left shoulder. Its my left rotator cuff, can you please do a rotator cuff follow along as well mate. Thanks
Hoi Tom I really like your videos! The reason why I follow this particular video is that I have a really bad rounded shoulder, so it would be lovely to see you do a rounded shoulder/hunched back fix follow along routine! If possible, combining fixing turtle neck would be awesome! Because these 2 always go hand in hand? ~ :D Cheers!
When is it better to stretch, Tom? Before the exercise (just do warm-ups) or after it as a cooldown? Or even Warm-up > Stretching > Exercise > Quick Stretching Cooldown
I'm not Tom but from what i've heard if you do it after a workout the muscles are easier to stretch/you'll get a better stretch and you get more from it.
@@AIGenerated_Podcasting That is true. But stretching before the actual workout actually makes exercising in my experience easier and more comfortable. I think it’s just better to both stretch before and after the exercise.
When doing the pec stretch near the end, there is a very sharp pain at the top of my left shoulder (near my acroniom). Is there anything I can do to try and fix this?
