- 25 Minute Total Body Pilates Workout -
Short Pilates Workouts can be very effective especially when you flow from exercise to exercise. You’ll begin with standing awareness before moving down onto the mat to move with full body exercises like plank work. You’ll also blend some exercises together for some fun variations. And this class ends strongly with work for the entire body with a plank, pushup and leg combo.

I never usually comment on anything and now I've already not only commented on other videos to say how much I enjoy your classes, but also joined your mailing list. :) After dealing with a lot of challenges, including my serious ankle issues that resulted in chronic instability, getting back on my mat has been helping hugely along with my rehab. I've been doing various random classes over the last month or few - finding your channel has helped more than I can say. My ankles have their good days and bad days. Lately, they've been having very good days and I'm 99% sure it's because I've been taking my practice to the next level. As part of my bedtime routine, pilates is also a massive zen booster. Finding my old self again, building flexibility and stability, and feeling the results is amazing. So, from the other side of the globe in South Africa, thank you for your fun, challenging and rewarding classes.

my back lower back felt a bit uneasy, like I had strained it before doing this exercise, and now after completing this video it feels stretched and much better. Better than taking a pill for sure. Thank you

I enjoyed the full body experience. I was surprised-I was able to do the full pushups without knees down in that last sequence! Using the Trifecta videos are increasing my upper body strength!
