Wow! You keep surprising me with new poses and movements I've never done before; even after 13 years of practicing yoga! You are amazing! Thank you Paula ;)
Oh my goodness, the amount of tension that this relieved in such a short amount of time was absolutely incredible. Thank you so much for all of your classes! 🥰
Me, in the morning: World = bad place, isn‘t it? No use getting up. Shouldn‘t have watched this documentation after midnight, I hate this alarm, let me snooze, get up, get up, late already, do I have time for this, meh, yoginimelbourne, just 20mins, short enough... Then: Ah. „Thank you for joining me for today’s practise.“ You‘re welcome, Paula (she’s so kind), thank you. We‘re gonna start in childs pose today, that’s nice. How do I feel? Huh. Neck is actually ok with this. This breath. My neck is more than ok with this. How did she guess… And this breath. My cheek on the mat. My forehead is letting go. Nothing more to do than sit for now. Stay a while. Well done, she says. That felt good. Namaste. Oh, it‘s morning! Now a hot cup of coffe - good day today, isn‘t it?
Another wonderful class. My tight shoulders feel so good after these stretches. Your presence is so calming, just hearing your voice puts me in my zen. 🙏🏼
Thank you so much Paula! I love your neck & shoulder videos (and wrists and hands). I have a number of them saved and repeat them often. I really liked how you added the blocks to this one…such a deep release. And since I do these at night, I also like the meditative closing. Adding to my repeat list! Thanks again and congrats on your new little one!
Just beautiful class Paula. I agree, you have a very calming presence and I am ready to fall asleep right now. I'l be back though for more classes. Have a nice evening. I don't know what I would do without you, Stay well, Amy
I just found your practice yesterday. I came back today for another session. I am very happy to have found you. My main issues are upper back caused from a slip and fall a few years ago. Also really tight upper/mid ribs (very painful), shoulders and more recently my wrists and hands. I'm a 66 year old female dealing with the pain and stiffness of aging. I will be back for more sessions. Thank You and Greetings from North Carolina, USA
I'll be honest, for the last four weeks I've done nothing. Just breathed and tried to let the hours pass. The current situation demands a lot from you psychologically and, at least that's how I feel, it's getting harder to really look forward to something or even do anything. But when you uploaded the new video on Sunday, it grabbed me again. And after a few minutes I already realized how much I missed doing yoga and using your videos for it. The way you teach is just great!
I have been scrolling past this practice for a while, thinking that “yin” style wasn’t really for me. Today, I awoke with such pain in my neck and upper back after a very poor night of rest and realized, it is time. Wow! A new favorite is born! Thank you so much, Paula! Not only did I really need some help in my upper body, but yin is just the style I need to be including more often to balance my busy work sched. Thank you!!! You rock
i really appreciate your lessons so much. its very helpful to relax and get out of the pains and hardness of my body. i practice your class almost for an hour everyday!
Lovely! L O V E L Y practice!!!! Wow, I needed this! Does my body g❤️❤️d! I practice lots of your neck/shoulder routines…this one will be another one I’ll go to frequently!!!! Thank you!
