Beautifully calculated, exact damage is always satisfying. Using IceSeed twice to get the freeze without spending Full Synchro while also getting in that 10 additional damage is very clever. I'm curious, would a similar tactic work in Gregar by using GrassSeed or BubbleStar to augment Heat or Elec Cross' strikes during the Master Cross PA?
Been running into a lot today, DZ3. xD GrassSeed prior is definitely equivalent damage with wayyyy easier setup. Haven't tested it myself but I think the bubble pops before ElecCross's attack goes through, so it's probably just 1 extra instance of damage like Falzar. (in Falzar MasterCross testing we were hoping to get a re-freeze going but no such luck).
@@rebycVG Gotcha, thanks for the info. I recall that the first hit of a multi-hit attack in real-time will pop a bubble so it wouldn't surprise me if the same occurs with screen-dimming attacks.
@@DZ-Three The really unfortunate (but I understand why for balance reasons) thing is that the break-freeze-break cycle is ineligible during screen-dim--yet the aqua panel is consumed all the same! And even though Ground occurs after Aqua in Falzar MasterCross, due to screen-dim, the Break will not Extra Hit. The Opponent will stay Frozen, though, you could follow up after, which is arguably better (but less flashier).
Huh, yeah, never thought about that, lol. If BN6 had space, maybe it'd have been cool to explore dropping Secret chips in exchange for S-Ranking RV navis or something. ...or at least 10k Zenny lmao.
@@rebycVG It doesn't matter by chance you know if someone has the rom with the patch, it's just that when I patch it on my emulator it gets a white screen
