Bms2010bs, thank you!!! It came spontaneously , I didn’t plan it. I planed to paint petals out of pipe zipper bags in a regular way, but I didn’t wait long enough for them to harden so they were liquidish as u see in the video. Then I got creative rescuing the flowers. And it end it up beautifully! I love surprises! 😊🦋🌻💥🌸😇🙏
These are beautiful!! but I do believe your mold is stuck to the coasters, because of either your heat gun or torch, you have to move mast and not stay in one area to much or it burns your silicone mold, just a thought...

I was going to say the same thing. A torch can fuse the resin to the silicone. I've been told you never use a torch on silicone molds. It was making me so nervous during the video, haha. The coasters are very beautiful!

These are so stunning! I wonder what happened to the one that got stuck? Let us know if you were successful getting it unmolded. Sometimes spray so alcohol on it helps.
Hello, Michele. Thank you for your question. I mix colors into resin immediately, no waiting. For white pigment, I eye ball appx 2-3 drops of Opaque casting craft (link below to product in the description section) into small amount of resin for drawing petals. I let it sit for 15-20 min before drawing petals. Hope this helps.
These look absolutely beautiful, I have these coasters and I will definitely be trying this technique, thank you for sharing. Can I just offer a bit of constructive feedback? It took so long to get started with the actual technique, the first 8 minutes could have been edited into a much shorter video. I got quite bored watching you mixing colours into resin. Then the actual interesting bit of showing how you made the flowers was rushed. Please take this as genuine feedback and not a criticism. I have subscribed and will be watching more of your videos. X

Hello, Vicky! To get exact amount of resin is going to depend on each individual mold. What I do not to waste expensive resin I pour water into molds and then collect all the water into a measuring cup. The amount of water collected is how much resin I will need for the project. 🙏😊 good luck w yr project!! 💫🧚♂️💥
These are gorgeous! Just three colours, simple never looked so good! Your resin probably stuck to the mold because you used a torch. That’s too hot for silicon molds. You should only used a kart gun, and keep it moving around so as not to overheat the mold.
