I had this car for 3h yesterday and I can tell you that this car is absolutely insane. It's relatively quiet in town and easy to drive, but as soon as you do a kickdown it really hammers you into the seats. It's an incredible machine. Downside is the fuel consumption of about 22.8L/100 Km.
At 3:52 the car keeps 5th gear until 287km/h... if it wasn't limited probably 320km/h is possible even without tuning...what a car - re-limited at 280, passes the limiter easily...And DAMN what a sound!
@revolutionX2012 liegt daran weil der clip zusammengeschnitten ist. ich vermute er ist aus circa einer stunde material zusammengeschnitten worden. der rs6 hat einen recht großen tank. so schnell wird der nicht leer :)
he accelerated a lot of times and very hard its natural that the fuel is getting low because of the power the motor has and he is not recording without pauses. He does pauses so the fuel gets low! :D
@FatonuusAlbanian As you could see, this was not a continuous shot. it was edited. so we dont know how many miles it covered in those cut-out clips. Therefore we cant actually guage its consumption from this 4min clip. But the sound is whoarr!!!
What you guys have to do to understand about what we're talking about is to check out the video at 0:25 and then at 3:52....Thats e-x-c-e-s-s-i-v-e consumption regarding that the tank should be about 70 liters+ for sure
für mich iwie klingt es nciht so wie schnell der audi hier fährt sodnern wie schnell er iwie die luft einsaugt :D auf jeden fall geiles auto, habs bis jetzt zwei mal auf der straße sehen dürfen
@Ugot2XpressUrSelf it goes off so quickly also becouse it is set to Sport mode. If u set it on Comfort u get obviously a lower fuel consumption. Plus what do u expect at over 160 km/h to consume 4 liters only? And don't forget it's a 5.0 L V10 biturbo engine.
if you watch the board computer it has done about 28km in the whole video, considering it has used about 15l of fuel that works out to : 53l/100km. awsome car though ;)
Why so many modern car speedometers have that non-linear scale!? I don't like it because it always looks like an acceleration drop on the last third of the scale.
@WenRK ..... 1G is the acceleration you actually have in your seat front your computer ! 1G is normal acceleration of earth ... i guess you mean 1G more than normal terestre .. soo 2G ! but i swear ! 1.6G .. it was in Kuwait in june of this year with the RS6 of my friend ( modified to 700 hp ), we was 3 inboard and temp was 50°
Je pense que c une S6 et non une RS6, sur la tableau a coter on dirai S6 et pas de R. Mais j'en suis pas sur. Mais quand même cette voiture est trop puissante et violente mais magnifique, j'adore ;)
@vegetablelon wtf... You're so lucky. My dad doesn't have an audi rs6, only an audi a3, and here, in portugal , the age to take the license to drive is 18. -.-
