The shop looked awesome on launch day. Super fun hanging with the hommies and seeing all the sweet gear. Definitely looking forward to checking out the course.
I love th comerodery and the buddy feeling of this podcast. I love the shots at the alphabet org and the atf. Love the group. I got a red dot, 3x and 45 degree irons. Just ordered the steel plates, and i love that you test and are real people in America. Keep it up!
Great meeting you guys at the opening on Saturday; much success!! Thanks for the Buffalo Trace. Best 90s movie, “Heat”. I hope to see you guys at the El Dorado Gun Club soon.
When I was about 20, I worked part-time at a place selling AT&T long-distance plans (I'm older than you 😆). I got smoked out for the first time on my day off that I had forgotten I'd switched out with someone. Figuring I'd get canned whether I went in or called out, I decided to go in. Took me like 10 minutes to find my desk. Incredibly, my sales that day were double my average, and as I was walking out--mostly sober by this point--my supervisor leans toward me and quietly says "That was some gooood shit, bro." To this day, I still wonder whether it was a compliment or he knew I was high af.
Hey guys, thanks for featuring my question on women carrying! It was really cool to hear your perspectives on it! Now to answer your questions. Question 1: BOFFUM 😂 Question 2: I ♥️ eating 🎂
Still watching but loving the convos as per usual gentlemen! When the saying that a 3rd party vote is a wasted vote goes away, I will believe our elections are fair.
If open carry wasn't a viable deterrent, then cops and armed security would conceal their hand guns. Personally, I go back and forth between CC and OC depending on weather, where I'm going, what I'm doing, and what I'm wearing. It has been a great conversation starter, which has led to some interactions with people maybe not changing their entire mindset in firearms, but at least a seed of new ideas about guns/gun owners.
Is this a California mall, or is this mall on the east coast with plenty of sporting stores inside? Lol because I’d take the silverback if it was on the east coast 🤣 but the mambas in California 🤣🤣🤣
Favorite 90’s movie: can’t believe neither of you mentioned this btw. Starship Troopers!!!! I feel that movie had the framework for “how to be a citizen” you had to earn it. Granted it was a global scale. Buenos Aires isn’t part of the USA 🇺🇸 but I agree we need the right people in this country. those that have never seen how good we have it here are just spoiled. I had a point I was making but I forgot as I’m writing this soooo yeah. 😂God bless America! Also… 1 would you rather: option b 2 would you rather: yall are sick! 😂 Also I totally need that photo of Nolan over the river as my desktop background haha.
It’s crazy hearing you guys talk about the housing prices. In 01 I bought my first house for basically what Nolan paid in rent for a year. I straight up dropped out of high school making 8.50 an hour in the oilfield making bank at the time. But hell it didn’t cost near what it does now. I have a much better job making 4x more an hour and feels like I am barely getting by. Can’t wait for these courses to open up. I’m definitely interested in doing something for myself for a change. You guys are awesome. Keep putting out this killer content 🤘🏼🍻
The question is, if I'm trapped in a mall with a silverback or black mambas what pistol do I have? If I have onr of my subcompacts with 8 rounds of 9mm or 7 rounds of .45acp I'll go with the snakes. If it's the G19, G22 or G21 I'll take the silverback.
When you guys were making the comparison between the Corvette and the Ferrari, I hold the personal opinion that more people buy a Ferrari for the tax-free wealth preservation, then caring to drive because it's better than this car or that car.
I liked the lethel weapon movies i think lethal weapon 1 came out in 1987 and also die hard was pretty good but vayne damm definity had some good old movies like bloodsport or kickboxer
90s action movie or any 90s movie? The Matrix is too easy and feels more like a 00s movie, so I will have to say... The Rock, perhaps. It has a fair amount of guns and fighting.
1:32:20 this is why I show a great deal of respect for my spouse. I want my daughter to understand that their parents should respect each other. And hopefully that will rub off on her so that she has the standards that are similar to her father. So I don’t have the thought of “I hope she dates someone good”. I know she will choose her partner wisely.
So $17.per hour minimum wage 12ys ago, in Commifornia. when in Kentucky it was around $5. Per hour. now in Kentucky its around only $9. Per hour minimum wage, and I'm not positive its that high. Now you know why we keep asking for lower prices
> What are the women even doing out of the kitchen? Me, a woman, sharpening my kabar after cleaning my gun while listening to the podcast and had to walk away cracking up before I cut myself 😂😂😂
Casper, The Crow, Universal Solider, True Lies, Titan AE, Armageddon, MIB, Sister Act, Teenage Mutan Ninja Turtles Oh, as a woman, I know the answer to protecting her. Teach her what you know. Make sure she can do what you can when you're not there. I know how to defend myself in any situation. I have more than firearms to ensure that I am the safest one can be in this world. Start teaching them when they are young.
As much as Im all about getting more people into the 2a community - I have to say there are some women that ABSOLUTELY should not be carrying. (there are definitely dudes that shouldnt be near a firearm either - Im an equal opportunity hater)
Everyone who isnt incarcerated or clinically insane should have the right to keep and bear arms. I would just personally prefer if certain people never used that right, like my crazy ex who chased me around the house with a machete.@@US2A
There is a valuable lesson and skill set you get from being only able to afford poverty tier machinery. By learning skills that make up for your lack of funds. So what failed first on that PSA? The barrel. So you buy a $400 rifle $3k in ammo and you put $10 aside every week. Drink less beer, smoke less cigs, eat less junk food and save. Win win. You burn through that barrel training over the next year and now you have $520 so you buy a nice barrel for $300 and a nice bolt and some AR specialty tools and if you're a real man you'll have a workbench vice and basic tools already. And you learn every prepared rifleman should, how to fix and maintain your rifle and maybe 10 years down the road you have a fine rifle that is now an extension of you, a rifle you would be proud to hand down to your son.
I’m against all gun laws/restrictions… but I’d never suggest my wife or daughter open carry. There’s a lot of thugs out there who will see a woman as an opportunity for a free and easy firearm.
What about the thousands of lives saved because of people carrying. All the crime prevention because of fire arms. Happens thousands of times a year but never shared in the media
17:10 Much in the same way you'd want to create a positive 1st time gun experience with a new shooter, bringing people over politically can be a delicate dance as well since you're battling (truly) the propaganda they've been administered, as well as their micro-ego death that they've been duped by the system....maaan. But those _lgbt1+usbxi_ bits and shorts are hilarious!
Regardless of race, sex, religion, color, creed, party affiliation, or personal world views, nobody should be allowed to vote if they don’t 100% agree with human rights and the constitution, period, end of story. And every single government job needs to have a term limit just like the presidency. Lifers in congress and judges are one of the biggest problems. Those are the ones that WILL be corrupted by special interests. It would just be harder to have your slimy claws in someone and own them if they can’t do any that for you in the next 3 or 4 years. But that’s not to say 4 years ain’t enough to bought. Clinton went into the White House worth about 3 million and left the White House worth over 240 million. He was bought 🫡 that’s what need to stop for sure.
@@US2A I don’t know that I agree. You see how China has been buying up all the land in America and have even been getting kicked out out some states completely. Do you really want a bunch of illegals voting for a glorified communist government? I don’t. And yes, gun safety ALWAYS comes before gun handling or gun ownership, at least it does if you’re responsible and ready to take accountability for every single round that leaves the chamber.
Jason, I saw that you went to UC Berkeley. This is hardly a 2A friendly University. I will be going to college (probably, maybe trade school) in a couple years and I was just wondering what your thoughts were on choosing a college. I like my views being challenged, but I want to go to a college where I will enjoy myself as well, and if I am the one odd man out with my views, that might be tough. I figure I will probably be able to find friends wherever I go, as I don't need my friends to agree with me on everything, but it would be nice to have a group of friends to talk about guns, or go shooting with because that is something I am very passionate about and love to do. Another issue is professors. I don't think I have the self control to keep my mouth shut even if I wanted to if a professor made me do some woke paper on radical 8th wave feminism or something. I just foresee I might have issues with them, and I have heard stories of grades suffering for this sort of thing (albeit on the internet, so I take it with a grain of salt). I am not the type to be able to keep my thoughts to myself when an opinion, (especially one I disagree with) is presented as fact. I was just wondering if you thought I should go to a college that looks good to an average employer (woke) and try to change the culture when I am there, or go to Hillsdale or something like that that is more 2A friendly, or maybe just go to trade school for something. Also, Point Break. Such a good movie. Biogical chick who "became" a dude.
