Garrett Stephens I think we became smarter by developing strategies to hunt our food. Ideally, carnivores are smarter than herbivores. That is because it takes strategy to catch an animal that runs from you while it does not take any strategy to catch a plant. I don’t think it was the food that made us smarter, but coming up with ways to catch our meals that made us smarter.

@@osamanazzal4302 Well evolution doesn't work exactly like that. You don't grow wings because you throw yourself from the top of a hill everyday, and your kids do the same, and the kids of your kids all of you until the day you die and you all continue until eventually one of you grows wings. NO, It doesn't work like that. There's barriers at your environment, when a mutation takes place, and luckily has a positive trait related to such environment, the that genetic line prevails and becomes the norm. But yes, I think a lot of vegans are short-sighted , ignorant, hypocrite or all three togheter...

Also people who eat dog can go for it its there choice logically speaking people have been eating dogs in Canada( native people) before veganism existed so it's more natural to eat dogs here then plants. They love finding one micro part of the argument and repeating it instead of the whole macro perspective that they actually kill animals and to even live in a modern society contributes to the death of animals and people

TheByteable I am not vegan, but I believe that their cause is noble. We humans are not lions or tigers. There are other things that we can eat besides meat. Those animals, however, need meat. Though I am not vegan, I understand where these guys are coming from.

Johnwayne 922 I’m not vegan, but there is no difference between eating deer and eating dogs. Both are living, breathing beings. Both want to live. Just because one is a pet and the other is not, that does not mean that both do not value their lives equally. Both value their lives equally. That is why, even if O had a dog, I would never complain about someone eating dogs when I eat farm animals.

@@osamanazzal4302 There is a serious difference between a carnivorous and herbivore. Humans do not eat carnivores. Only certain breeds of animals are edible to humans, but they're all herbivores.

نادر الی راحمان I know this was 4 days ago, but it doesn’t matter what they eat. The question is should we eat them? Do we really need to eat them? By the way, I’m not even vegan. I’m just saying that they have a legitimate reason to be concerned and upset.

@@user-dc4bl1cu2k A universally known fact deliberately ignored by the attention-seeking animal activists. It would be inhumane to impose the vegan lifestyle on a domestic dog or cat. Their bodies, teeth, and digestive systems are designed for a carnivorous lifestyle. You don't see lions, tigers, or wolves eating plants in the wild! Snakes are another example of a completely carnivorous genus because they evolved without limbs so they could access burrows to prey on rodents and keep their populations under control.

@@osamanazzal4302 That's like saying that no two species are different because they 'both bleed red inside'. It is a flawed, irrelevant statement that is unrelated to the facts. Look, every animal does what it can to survive; but rabbits and rattlesnakes both bleed red inside, too.

chiuansheng I am not vegan, but I don’t think plants feel pain. They are alive, but they are not sentient.

@@osamanazzal4302 but life is life whether is of plant or animal! and about the pain what if we give anesthesia to animal before killing them (i.e NO PAIN) will vegans agree?

R Harry Sentience is what’s looked at, not only living. By the was, about the anesthesia, I don’t think that they would agree because the animal MAY BE killed unnecessarily. I’m no nutritionist, so I don’t know if we need meat or not, but I don’t see the vegans agreeing with this either way.
