thank you i almost sold my old nintendo ds because the bottom screen touch wasnt working and i checked the Touch Screen Digitizer looked burnt out . ordering one now thanks alot for this video easy guide
We have the same 2ds! Yours is older. Newer models don't have internet cards. I have 2 models. One that stopped charging I use for parts for the one I do use, the lcd screen took impact on the bottom, started bleeding lines. Still eligible touch worked, but annoying to look at, I replaced the whole lcd screen, and few buttons for fun. Personal 2ds working fine now.
I'm new to the channel, do you do repair work for people in general? My 3DS xl is having issues booting but I can't seem to fix it. It's the big ribbon flex cable connecting to the top screen
My 2ds is the same as the one you’re using and mine also has problems with the touch screen but only a small part of the right side works but I don’t have the tools to open it up 🎉
Looking for a component on a 2DS I'm repairing that seems to be missing, it's a resistor or capacitor directly under the screw hole to the right of the R126 indicator. I tried bridging it and it just shorted to ground and the cursor freaks out (5:07)
It’s stuck to it, it WILL come off. I have another 2DS and 3DS on the way to me this week, so that is likely to be the next video and I’ll definitely be replacing the touch screen again 🙌
@@1up_Gaming should I pull them apart? It was having an issue to where the touchpad d pad and analog wasn’t working when I bought it I cleaned it down it had glitter in it it’s working fine now but do you think I should pull them apart ?
