We didn't build the finished Skyline in this video. Sorry if that's how it seemed. That car is Shahar's Skyline build. Ours is the black GT-T in the video. We still have a long road ahead. But we've already begun teardown so hopefully it goes quick!

I'm about "this" far from buying a set of GTR rear quarter panels before they become unobtainable. I don't even own an R34....yet LOL. I will at some point. Anyway... have you guys heard anything about how available they may be in the next 1-3yrs? I know Nissan just released a bunch... but for who knows how long?
A lot... Different engines RB25DET NEO vs RB26DETT, Rwd vs Awd, Electronics.. Suspension, The GTT has narrow quarter panels vs the wide rear fenders on a GT-R, Different interior. Completely different car but they look alike for the most part.. That's about it.

He's way off when it comes to the interior. The blue and grey on the seats are the wrong shade, same with the dash plastic. At 23:13 ,you can see that the actual movie car has seats that are a dark blue with a dark grey outer edge which match the shade of the graphics on the outside of the car.
Actually, he met with the company that did the upholstery for the original movie cars and they provided a sample of the material that was used. They also provided him with photos of when they did the job for Universal to which he has provided us copies of. We also inspected the 2nd unit principal car still owned by Universal and confirmed his material along with the patterns are correct. With the only difference being the rear seat center pattern. Yes, the OG Movie Cars had the bottom section of the door panels painted blue, which Shahar has not done yet. It’s hard when comparing to what is seen in the movie. Filters used by the editors drastically change the appearance of what we see. We’ll post up some pics on our IG account showing (never before seen) pics of the original photos from the upholstery company doing the OG GTR’s. 👍🏻
@hedwigtheowl I agree with you. Knowing that it’s not a real GT-R takes away from the build somewhat. Sure it is a replica of the 2fast 2furious car, but at the end of the day, it’s still a GT-T not a real GT-R. Shame.
