Congratulations! Some of the things you mentioned are Helsinki regional applications. Other parts of the country have something similar but different organization and application etc. For instance Maisa isn't in use in all wellbeing services counties. Oma Kanta is known in English as My Kanta. It is a personal access method to a larger selection of services, which are offered through one portal. That is a national system and not just a regional one.
You mentioned "neuvola lady", doctor, midwife... Some of these terminologies or titles are a bit challenging, since the Finnish job descriptions don't always match so 1to1 to other countries. Especially the terminology of different kinds of nursing like qualifications and jobs are difficult to translate. There role of midwifes is also different from some other countries.
You need to remember that there are pregnant women from all kinds of backgrounds. Some people prefer old fashioned paperwork type ways and actually seem to be happier with it. So let's not fix something that isn't broken. The network based services seem to be more in need of fixing even by your comments.
I know you both are smart enough, so I shouldn't try to give you advice, but sometimes even simple trivial comments have some value: All kinds of things in life can, and will, go wrong. Worrying about them too much doesn't help or make life better in any way. Mostly things like pregnancies and children turn out reasonably well. Many are so lucky that all goes well. Parents of course want to be prepared and get the best possible outcome. But overdoing it can be a source of anxiety and stress, which can longer term have really bad consequences for all in the family. Some things are best to face with a kind of fatalistic attitude. You can't control everything. Some things just have to be accepted as they come. Pregnancy is just a preliminary, a big one, but just a preliminary step in the path you have chosen. Try to enjoy it even in those days, when it is challenging and doesn't go as you would have wanted.

@ I am curious about your thoughts about family language or languages, which will become your child's first native language? I suspect you still use English as the lingua franca between you two even though it's not the first language for either of you, I think. It might be tempting to continue that. I however would like to say it can have unwanted consequences, if that is all you use. Finland has a long history of bilingual and multilingual families. There are different strategies of how to grow up a baby surrounded by several languages.
