The amount of times where I was learning shit for an exam at like 1-3 AM just to wake up at 6 AM and work fine meanwhile on an avg. day I'd feel like shit even if I went to bed early is incredible lol
I have been using all these techniques and got fired from office. Now I wake up whenever I want because I don't have to go to work so I don't need to use an alarm anymore. So this definitely works. 🙃

The biggest mistake is that. Ki hume alarm sone ka lgana chahiye. Uthne ka nahi. Kyonki jb tk humara sone ka samay, fixed nahi hoga, tb tk hum kitne bhi alarm lga le, uth nahi skte samay pr.

I daily made this mistakes....but no snooz...no check messages...no late for get ready my work.😂😂 because my alarm sound more loudly 😂😂 Total sleep mood gone at once 😂😂

I’m an incredibly deep sleeper . One day a couple months ago, I set my alarm clock all the way on the other side of the room. I missed multiple classes that morning
Guys... Seriously, i followed your tip of keeping the alarm far away from the bed during my Board exams, and i didnt even move from my bed, a fact it that, i did not hear the alarm at all lol😂😂
Y'all people must be one of those lucky ones. Because I don't hear the alarm, when it's right beside my ears and buzzing multiple times. So your advice would be absolutely detrimental to me. I have had 8 hours of sleep and still managed to sleep through an active one on one lecture.
Science also says that keeping an alarm damage ur brain Cells . Should practice waking up without an alarm. I love ur spirit of speaking with a smiling face ❤❤

I never put alaram, infact my grand ma give me idea 2 punch 5 times if u wanna get up at 5.00 am. Or 4.30 am any time & sleep. Just try & tell me ur experience 🇮🇳❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻
Yes I agree with all the solution because same with me i was making the 2nd mistake and a few months ago i was making 3 mistake but I own self improve it before seeing this and also I am getting results also 🔥🔥
Instead we use old alarm clock... beep beep sound wala it doesn't have snooze option.. During board exams I use to get up before it rang😂 because you couldn't snooze it..😂
But I heard that we should not wake up suddenly we should take atleast 5 mins, Other wise it may lead to brain paralysis. So I think 5 mins gap is needed.

Actually we sleep on the floor, so lying on the floor is very good for the body and sleeping on the floor relieves body pains. Satvik, if you get into the habit of sleeping on the floor , it will be very good for your body 😌❤️
If I ask my mom and dad to wake me up at 4 am to study both of them will never wake me up and when I wake up at 8am I always get a mini heartatack 😅😅 They will say u don't need to sacrifice sleep to study 😂 I always used to feel happy and sad at same time 😂😅
