I made burritos with LO beef roast then froze them. That was in Nov. I just pulled them out and made Enchiladas with them and we loved them. That was 2 more meals for us. Plus I made your Seasoned Rice mix and had that as a side. My husband, who doesn't like rice, said it was amazing. :)

Picking up a pork roast for $1.99 lb today and looking forward to making these meals. Is there a big difference in the meat between the pressure cooker and a crock pot?

No difference at all between those but I prefer slow cook in the oven all day. It seems to tast better for some reason.

I make a similar beef and noodle recipe. If you have onion powder it adds an extra pop of flavor too. Hamburger meat also makes great beef noodle. Tawra, you have given me much more confidence in my cooking. Im not as affraid of trying something new to a recipe. Ive been watching you for years and Ive seen how you try new things snd make use of what you have and the recipes turn out great. Keep up the good work!!

I havent seen the Knorr, but Herbox has really good salt free chicken and beef bouillon powder. I honestly dont miss the salt at all in my soups and roasts.
