I've been consistently applying the exercises for 'balance' and I am now seeing vast improvement so thank you. I'm nowhere near as unsteady and unconfident as I used to be when doing center adagio movements. Feels very good!
This is a great workout and very useful for those who are a "femme d'un certain âge" to help us maintain balance as we mature. I actually think I will try all the exercises without the pillow and then graduate to using the pillow.
What a great tool. This is one reason I started ballet for better fitness. Thinking myself as being somewhat fit for 59, I noticed my left leg was much weaker. I never realized the strength, stamina and training a ballerina endures, hats off to you and noticed your sign on the window about the cat's house and you just pay the mortgage, soooo true! Our Tortie has us well trained :)
Will be doing this one regularly henceforth. After 3 years of practice, I am still very bad on my right leg (hip, knee on that side both bad- about to have x-rays!) and struggle to balance. But even with that, I am stronger.
thank you for this! i'm 13 and have been doing ballet for over 11 years but i find myself struggling with balance. i want to start pointe soon so i've been watching videos like this!
VERY good exercise 👍. Even for those of us who aren't dancers. I'm a bit of a clutz and anything that helps me find my center of balance is a good thing lol. 🤪😵🥴 Thank you. 😊
This will be challenging- esp. on my left side where I have had many sports injuries- Sharing to Ashford Fitness Society*fb and will preview & do after another cuppa Joe;)- Happy, healthy 2022 and thank you for all you do- xx ps. to those who don't realize , balance can be a life saver -I have references:) as the most graceful klutz in the universe;))
