Before watching this video inspite of knowing what to do, both end up playing all their points from baseline. Two comments- as the player in the back is ready to hit, the net player needs to be watching the opposite net player, not turning around to watch his partner. The net players should be watching the player who can hurt them first. Also, net players hitting to opposing net players works when the ball is up, not when it is below the net. Hitting up to the opposing net player is a disaster in the making.
