That is the way I did it when I got big! I just never had the discipline to work my shoulders! I would love to see an exercise that helps with shoulders! And motivate at the same time!

Im having a hard time bulking I was wondering so I workout my upper on Monday, Tuesday lower and then Wednesday rest, Thursday upper and Friday lower and then the weekends rest.

I do hammers across the body as well, you do engage your shoulders a bit more but they do keep more consistent tension on the bicep though (for me anyways)

Not my best exercise "Preacher curls " but im going to start add them for sure. But for the moment it looks like i will have to stick with Legs "Just been diagnosed with Tennis Elbow 😔" So legs and forearms for a while. Any Tips M&S?

tennis elbow is generally an overuse injury and can be impacted by your grip. Give yourself time to rest and recover and then google some exercises to build the extensors of the forearm.

cant do hammercurls anymore :( I get this click/snap/electric zap from my thumb all over the forearm to my front elbow when I contract with hammercurls.

@Joe Mamma ..agree with u a 100% bro.i wrkout hard i have great genetics.i started wrk out from 17 .at 24 185lbs in same year 235 lbs of mass not fat abs everyting hard as rock.i dnt use rods r gears.i dnt smoke,see the ting is u dnt need unnatral tings to make u grow.just wrk out hard rest eat good.and dnt over train ur body..me 3 t0 4 days of weights bench etc.i wrk all my body each time wen i wrk ut..and am not locking in genetics no were on my body am 5'8 tall..drug rods no no!!! U can no wen they are in it.they stop taken it..a week r two they start losing mass so fast..while doing it natural months u still look big and dnt lose it that fast..it takes a lngtime to lose it natural.
