Exercise is nothing without good nutrition. Problem is I have no idea about calories and nutrients. I tried Next Level Diet and currently it's working perfectly for me. 100% recommend
Diet part isn't that complicated, eat protien With every meal, eat more calories than you burn, eat atleast 3 or 4 fruit and atleast 2 cups of veggies, this is pretty basic and over time you can add more of this or that and calculate it all better, but this sort of diet is good if you're just starting out
No matter how hard you train, if your diet is poor you probably won't make any significant progress. That's why I decided to take some diet helper, and for now Next Level Diet is my top pick. I can recommend it definitely.

Do the extensors muscles too, is basically the opposite of the last exercise showed, keeping thoose muscles strong is not only aesthetic, it's really helpfull in preventing elbow injuries

Ive been doing this for over 5 months now. And this work ive also added hammer curls and behind the back curls with these exercise it helped my forearm get big before it was 18 cm i think now it became to 27 cm and i know for some people its not that big of a difference but for me thats a lott thank you brother love youuu

Also about time of doing exersices ; in many articles it's written that people need to train by the hour with half 3 days a week , and after each training it's better to rest for 48 hours . But what if train 30 minutes or 45 ? Will it change period of muscule recovery , and if so , how recovery time will be lesser ? Didn't ever found where it's described .
