Technically yes if you go to muscle exhaustion. Isometric holds would be better than tons of reps if you are looking to grow muscles without wearing down joints, using light weights.
@@Blackman67849 yes of course . I did Evey types of like for pronator,flexers,supernator etc. It was paining so much at first did last year. I'm not always doing exercises . that means only for a week three times
@@Blackman67849 before it was thin now it bulked up ,but I wanted my veins to pop up, so had fat in my forearm fat is now is completely burned when I when I shake my fingers I can see my muscle moving and got veins, thank you for your training type.
