I'm 78 years of age, and I got a new hip several months ago, so I was not able to do my regular exercise routines for about 24 weeks. Now I do Qi Gong with Lee almost every day, and am recommending these easy-to-follow exercises to my counseling clients.

Thank you Lee! I really enjoyed this as a lead in to Qi Gong after a broken shoulder 33 days ago - still healing and minimal movement but was able to improvise and not impact the injury negatively. I can feel the clear and centering energy at work now! You're the best! XO

I love your sessions. I feel the love u have for helping people. When i watch your videos and see your empathy and sympathy, i feel appreciated. You are so good with helping others. You're helping me accept that it's ok to fail sometimes. I love Chinese medicine and theories! So healing! What's it called in English? Chineseology? In Swedish they call it Kinesologi.
