I just got the M10 model and so far, I really like it. So I guess the difference is that the P10 does PM2.5 and AQI and the M10 does PM2.5, AQI, HCOC (formaldehyde) and TVOC. Quite the impressive little unit, I love the big display too. Seems pretty accurate and is a good quality meter even vs. some other Temtop models, which are not so great. This one is THE best one of the Temtops and the price pretty much reflects that, it was $110 Canadian for me and I think it goes for about $90 U.S.
I compared a Temtop to a Dylos DC1100 and they almost ALWAYS gave me different readings on the quality of my air. The Temtop ALWAYS says I have GOOD air quality - no matter where I put it but the Dylos DC1100 would tell me I have FAIR or POOR air quality much of the time. The Dylos seemed to be more accurate IMO but IDK how accurate these sensors are - I think it is HARD to accurately test for small particles in the air. 😔
