I dont think that full extension of arms is a good thing for elbow joints. 70% that you showed is not enough but 100% is damaging. Should be 90-95% extension. You want to be able to do this at 100 years old.

Clearly depends on the athletes level. Planche Push ups are for advanced only with conditioned joints and muscles. 100% extension is 0% problematic if stabilized correctly 👌🏻
