I will definitely will try these recipes,I Love chicken wings.I made some last week where you mix flour and baking powder together and toss the wings in it and place on a sheet and refrigerate for 2 hrs to dry out and then bake for 35 mins.They were really good,but needed some flavor. Next time I will put some pepper and garlic and onion powder in there.

Hi Sarah I love your cooking, I'm Jamaican & that's not jerk chicken wings. That's bake chicken with jerk seasoning or oven bake jerk wings. To get the authentic jerk chicken, u have to do it on a grill. The grill is what we Jamaican call a jerk pan, hence the name jerk chicken. I'm also an executive chef & I enjoy watching u cook.
I have a question watching you put salt to the chicken wings, How can we know how much salt that weve put into our food so that we know if its right or not? :) (sorry my english is not really good so)
The Jerk recipe was pretty good but it would be better if you put the original Scotch Bonnet Pepper in it, and add a little orange juice for the citrus punch. Bake them a little longer until they are nice and dark. Jerk anything is not supposed to be "golden brown."
They probably would have been darker if she'd smoked them. Unless she put them under the broiler, they probably would have been overcooked if she'd left them in the oven longer.
Pramita choudhury Allspice (no spaces in the name) is a spice made from the dried berry of a tree. The name comes from it tasting like a mixture of cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. If allspice isn't available in your area, a common substitution is to use a mixture of cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg in equal portions. It isn't the same as using allspice but it is a good approximation.

+TheGygyGirl I think in general a lot of people are different and most will forget to wash their hands if they're trying to multi-task. Because if you think about it people will forget and start to touch/contaminate everything around them. I believe for them its easier to mix them with a spatula (or anything that can be used to mix them) that or just have latex gloves on first and mix them, throw them, and continue cooking. that or just laziness haa
