Join me for a 3 day bushcraft adventure into the Australian bush where I camp by a beautiful river. I build a tarp shelter, make a bushcraft chair, use a flint and steel and cook up some awesome tucker.
Hope you all enjoy.

See what some of the Canuks do in Canada. good time in crappy conditions. excellent tarp configuration by the way. in fact, I've logged into my memory as a solid and will give it a go on my next adventure.

Man I used to always burn my potato’s until i started placing them next to the fire/coals for 30 mins before putting it directly on the coals. This gives it the chance to start to cook through before browning the outside. Also, try putting it in some less intense coals and rotating regularly. Seems like a lot of effort and takes a bit longer but the end result is totally worth it! Loving the content BTW! 👌 Keep it up!

Hi Scotty. We enjoy you're videos a lot. My husband suggested that you might try fishing in the morning or evening for the best luck. Also, American cheese or night crawlers for bait. He is very happy to find out there is someone else out there that doesn't drink coffee. lol But he doesn't drink beer either.

I will say one thing, you don't mess around when you make a sandwich! I never heard of haloumi chesse until I started watching this channel. Don't think I've ever seen it in the stores here in the states, but I have lived in pretty rural areas. Maybe the stores in the bigger cities carry it? Thanks for another awesome video Scotty!

I’ve just seen your videos which are a joy to watch thank you so much. Just a suggestion I was a trout and Salmon fisherman and fished all over the world. I used to camp out for 14days in Scotland on Loch Lomond, and from 10days to2days on Lough Corrib kin Eire. Just a suggestion I think you should ground bait the area you wish to fish Carp. Anyway love your videos and your knowledge of your bush.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👍

Love your work, your pack organisation is to OCD perfection! Used to live and work in the Kimberley, fantastic place - so much culture and extremely remote. Be warned though, if the Kimberley bug bites, it bites hard! Get to Derby, get into King Sound and Talbot Bay and see if you can talk your way onto a pearl farm...

Yeah, the stinking carp will be Aus wide if nothing is done about them. It's gunna be harder than getting rid of rabbits. Fishing....don't worry about corn, just rustle about under leaf litter, in old wood, under tree bark......you will find good bait everywhere once you learn. Don't forget that it is spring time now and the Drop Bears will be waking up. Maybe start wearing some protection on the back of your neck. Thanks for sharing.

Great vid as always! Here in the States I've never even heard of halloumi cheese since no one I know eats it. Sharp chedder, swiss, provolone, colby jack, & munster are the favorite cheeses of the Western U.S. Keep up the cool vids! 1 note: carp are considered trash fish & really not worth catching. If you do try for them, their main diet is aquatic insects -- try a fly fishing class if any are local & have them concentrate on teaching you how to "roll cast." It's much more fun than using a spin rod (though I do take both usually when going fishing here in the State of Idaho.

If you're trying for carp, look up how to tie a "hair rig", bring a can of corn, throw a handful or two out, cast out to where the corn is, wait and watch the line. Worst case scenario you cook the left over corn! Works for me here in the states, should work there.
