You and your brother Max are such kindred spirits and l love that about you two. Who better than a brother to explore the desert with. It’s looks like you don’t want to be out there by yourself. The beautiful scenery is too much for one person, thank you for sharing it with us!
You must've felt like you were on a different planet. Such a contrast between your usual camping areas and Utah. Beautiful landscape. Loved the time lapse up through the gaps in canyon walls.
I am from UTAH!!! I am glad you could enjoy a part of our state! There are many different climates in Utah, in some areas, you could find the high mountain terrain like you are used to back home.
Great video again, Xander. I live in AZ and we've camped up in Utah. The scariest thing in the Utah Canyons are "flash floods" that will come with the rain. Scary. I was just scared watching Xander sink in the "Quicksand." After a few more minutes, I realized just how scary it is when I remember some people who got "boxed in" a canyon and it poured pretty fast and hard. In a few minutes, the water was way over their heads. They escaped... but never forget "the rain" as one of your most difficult adversaries.
One of your best videos ever…. Hope you eventually make it to Washington State in your travels. Water, mountains, hiking, fishing galore, an outdoorsman’s smorgasbord.
Fuck these make me happy. Its a package deal. The eye for the camera shots. The locations themselves. The activity and how you go about it. And the music setting the mood.
Another awesome video bro! Utah sure is some beautiful country. It was so peaceful and calming throughout the whole video. Thanks for all you do Xander 🤘😁
I have been watching you for a long time and I love the fact that your brotherMax has brought in some new zeel & energy that you really needed. Nice content bro this place is amazing 👏
I have lived in this area my entire life and there is no way I could be able to explore every part of it. I constantly remind myself how blessed I am to be here. I hope you enjoyed the area, and thank you for the amazing work you put into your videos.
Thank you Xander. This video made me realize something. In the past 6 months I have gone on 5 backpacking trips with the best group of friends anyone could ask for; all in Southern Utah where I live. Watching your videos at the end of 2022 motivated me to get outside and enjoy every moment of my life. Feels surreal how finally I’m watching you backpack similar spots that I’ve been to lately, and how I probably wouldn’t have done it had I not found your channel. Younger me would be proud
You're in an amazing area! I could camp and hike for months and still have so much more to see! I'm glad you're enjoying your time in the United States! So much diversity in the West. I haven't traveled much east of the Continental Divide, yet. There are just so many amazing places to camp for free on this side. I hear that isn't the case to the east. If it wasn't so dangerous, rain would make everything even more beautiful. When the stone is wet the colors are incredible!
So Great!! Not only did you bring us along through the beaty of Utah, but we got to enjoy two brothers enjoying the great outdoors together. So nice to see brothers enjoying time together.
I grew up in Park City, Utah. I went to Moab, Zion, Bryce…all the goodies numerous times. Life has forced me to move away after 20..this video was crazy nostalgic for me. Great video and thanks for loving on my home for a little!!
As with all your videos I loved it. I enjoy your hrn you and Max camp together. Beautiful landscape, awesome dialogue, and two men you really respect. What more could you ask for. Thank you Xander for sharing. I'm ready for the next one 😂
All you need is love. Love of the Earth and it's awesome landscapes. Love of the Universe and it's infinite mystery and magic. Love of a brother's intimate and unconditional connection. Love of oneself enough to know how fortunate you are to experience such a wonderful and adventurous life. When the finest sand is also the finest sand... lovely. XX 💙
Xander it's nice to see you out on the trail with Max. Love seeing different places like the Canyons, what a wonderous Creation we live in. Wondering if you would be game to leave some Inuksuks/Inuksuit as you travel, just so the people will know you were there. Thanks
Have always loved your adventures here in Ontario, but this trip is absolutely epic. And you and Max are great together, the dynamics, the banter, the camaraderie, the brotherly love. I'd follow you, or Max, or the two of you together, anywhere.
Just went out to the great American southwest for the first time in my life in New Mexico. There truly is a strange feel to the landscape. It’s so vast and wild. Looks like you two had a blast hiking.
The verity of wildlife and landscapes in this one video is amazing. Really hope I get to experience a place like this one day... Brilliant video, as always
I just love this one I’ve seen it more than one time. So much cute!! I love canyon slippery slide rides and twirling around and round. The water so wow cold adorable!! This is my kind of home I love rocks beautiful I love
😂 When you were setting up your tent with the trekking pole and it kept ripping the stakes out of the ground...classic. Gotta love tent stakes in loose earth!
You're right that Utah is something else, I've hiked, mountain biked, and pack rafted numerous routes and still barely scraped the surface of what's there. Glad you got to experience it. Also impressed with Max's stove-fixing skills, I carry a small roll of stainless wire for similar fixes - but never a stove!
Xander, remember being in North Bay, Canada moose hunting in the snow. We went down to a small stream and got in and bathed. Ice floating down it. Brutal. But we had to man up. Still laugh about it today with my buddy’s.
Wow! I missed d Utah canyon..I went there in 2019..had a short visit to Mt.Zion & Bryce canyon..love to see that atmosphere again..tc ..watching here fr d Philippines..❤❤❤
Since you're in Utah get to Firebox stove and have Steve hook ya up with one. The titanium is super light. The stove can be used 3 ways. Gas burner, wood or charcoal.
Another nice installment X! 😊 Nothing like arid environs like this. Killer hike for sure.👍 As always looking forward to the next installment on the "Xander Channel"!👌😂
wow..greetings from philippines.l really enjoy watching your videos.it's alot of adventure from rain,to snow flakes falling, desert and many more.wooo.feels like therapy to me.yeah you have a great videos.keep it up.xander
I’ve grown up here in Utah and it’s just too beautiful to leave. Every time I get tempted to move somewhere else I don’t want to be too far from the amazing outdoors we have here. Glad you could enjoy some of the beauty Southern Utah has to offer! Love your videos!
