Kind of disheartening to see the lack of attention this video has received. Such great quality content and editing skills and not even 1k views? Doesn't make sense
The fasting depleted your exposure to dopamine. One you ate food your brain was flooded with dopamine. Sugar consumption has a HUGE impact on dopamine production.

Small suggestion is that you should start from the bottom to top, from mindfulness of breath, body, feeling, mind..and next main is four noble truths that should be your priority .without this it's hard to know where u r going .
This is beautiful but I wouldn't call this extreme cold, I think you have a beautiful perspective near-freezing plunges are something I look forward to seeing you experiment with. I recently tried it from cold showers for a year straight and it is the most eye-opening and shocking shift in how to handle cold. I could only make a ice bath to around 42F, but compared to 55F of cold showers, that temperature was the most intense, and then calm I have ever felt from any extreme form of meditation, ultrarunning, or fasting. It was also profound as I felt a oneness as the strength of control flips after the initial pain.
Chill dude it’s just flatline phase. I do experience it a lot and the best way to handle this phase is to DO NOTHING and keep journaling for hrs and hrs about your thoughts and feelings. Don’t be hard on yourself give your brain time to rewire and accept the new you…(Talking from experience)…Patience is the key
