How come people with lower amh levels of 0.18/0.27ng/ml than mine 0.034/0.34ng/ml gets to be allowed for Ivf and egg retrieval while I am just being turned down and treated like a failure without any chance to become pregnant unless using donor eggs

You’ll need to check with your doctor as there can be a number of factors that can impact the number....but presuming everything is normal, it looks ok. I’d definitely recommend to keep focusing on your nutrition and continuing to try to conceive.
