Thanks for this video. I love watching all your tutorials and they really help for a hobby baker like me because you use local ingredients I have access to and for sure the recipes will withstand Philippine weather. With the 3rd method where you poured the cream to the melted chocolate, won't the chocolate seize? Will 3:1 ratio good to cover cakes like with your sharp edge ganache video or to be used under fondant? Thanks

Hello Red. Thank you! Im glad to hear that. :) No, it will not as shown in the video. Just continue mixing it until well combined. I am working in an air-conditioned room, 1:3 RATIO works well with me. BUT if you're not, you may alter the ratio. ( Please do note my #3TIP IF YOU WATCH THE VIDEO TIL THE END. ) This is REALLY an important TIP. 1:3 Ganache ratio (1 part cream: 3 parts chocolate) likewise 3:1 Ganache ratio (3 parts chocolate : 1 part cream) YOU CAN WATCH THE ACTUAL APPLICATION OF THE THIRD METHOD HERE: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-_JTNrb3yhLg.html Pls. do subscribe to my channel for more video tutorials. Hello po, for the 3rd method, what size of cake ang kaya nyang macover? Both the outer and fillings? Or mas preferrabe po ba na ganache ay for outer only? And not fillings? Im planning to do both sana but im not sure if enough na yung 250g cream : 750g choco sa cake na gagawin ko?

Hello maam Zerah. Store in an airtight container, it can last at room temp for 4 days. For longer shelf life, store po sa ref. which can last up to a month. :)

Hi po mam Donna. I'm mikaela Aquino po. Taga sagay city. Negros occidental. I'm a very recent subscriber mo po. Dito sa RU-vid pero 2 months na po akong followers nyo sa fb. And TikTok.
