When I open my mouth, the right side of my jaw pops but it doesn't hurt at all but I find the poo quite annoying cause I can't open wide without it popping. What Can I do to stop this?
I have been facing jaw popping for more than a month now. It’s not painful for me, but it’s very discomforting while i eat or open my mouth a little wide. I can only open my mouth till a certain point without popping my jaw. Exercises don’t stop my jaw to pop. I am worried what to do. :(
Yea same- it is so annoying that you can't even utter a word without this restrain on your jaw😩 also I have sinusitis, so it even pops when i need to blow my nose lol
it’s currently 3 am and i was so worried abt my jaw clicking bc i thought it was like something unfixed and it’s annoying and this helped :) time for bed!
I’ve been dealing with tmj and jaw popping for years!! I’ve done these exercises a few times and it’s already made a noticeable difference! I’m going to keep up with them daily and hopefully this helps :) thanks so much!!
Never realized something could be done for this. Thank you. I’ve dealt with this over 40 years. Your exercises helped immediately. So nice to have some hope for recovery.
My right jaw just popped for no reason when I was chewing one day. It has been more than 6 months. I have constant popping and pain especially when chewing. Thank you for the above. I will try every day.
Thank you for this video. For the past few weeks my jaw clicks on the right everytime I open my mouth to take a bite. Your exercises have (just in the few minutes I followed along with the video) temporarily fixed that. I'll save this video and keep doing the exercises until it's permanent. Thank you! (from someone who doesn't have access to a chiropractor).
I had some popping in my right jaw whenever I chew or just move my mouth around in a certain direction but it didn’t hurt, it was just very annoying. I was a little skeptical at first because my mouth didn’t go in a weird direction like what he first said, but after I did the first exercise, it’s completely gone! This has been happening for months now and I’m really happy it’s gone.
Thank you. These exercises were so clear, easy to follow and gave some relief straight away. The Lord bless you with the knowledge of Himself amd may you come to know Him as your Saviour.
ever since I got braces my jaw cracked and I kept doing it and today my left jaw hurts but the it’ll ho away after a few days and idk what to do cause other doctors say just don’t crack it
I just started off with some clicks and pops in my jaw. Then it progressed to jaw locking and not being able to open my mouth all the way (which made eating really difficult). I just tried these exercises and my jaw literally just fixed itself 😳
Great video! I had locked jaw when I was 9 months pregnant. Can you believe it 🙄 the reason for it I still don’t know but I’ve always had a clicky jaw. I could barely open my mouth and they was worried my throat would swell up because of the restrictions of my air ways. Being 9 months pregnant that wasn’t ideal. It thankfully relieved itself but I’ve always had a funny jaw. I tried this method for a few minutes and it’s weird how much difference it made to the extension of my jaw. It always feels right as if something’s holding my jaw back from opening further. Anyway thankyou
I just recently popped my jaw "wrong" and it hurts. But with the first exercise. It seems like it almost put it back into place or at least made if feel better 😊
My jaw clicks all the time. I've deduced its from stress but sometimes it gets so bad I can't open my mouth wide enough to eat, I really have to force it to take a bite. Will this exercises help in working with this?
Almost everyday when I wake up my jaw movement is very limited and when I try open it wide to yawn it like kinda resists then cracks and I hear a crazy popping sound in my mouth it's so painful will it go away ? And will these exercises work?
Thank you very much, I want to cry, because only this help me for clicks in my TMJ, I removed my wisdom tooth, and can’t open my mouth, yesterday I can open, but clicks in TMJ make me want to die(( your video very helpful !🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻sorry for my English(
Thanks, these exercises are really helping. How often should we do these to retrain the muscles? And what do you recommend for nighttime grinders/clenches to not loose the progress made during the day? Thanks, nice channel...
Im having a hard time completely closing my mouth after doing some tmj exercises is this normal? It hurts when im trying to completely close it, what should i do to get rid of this pain?? Pls help
damnnnnn. it worked as I tried first time. I've been in so much pain like 3 weeks already and I don't have any idea how to get rid of it. And finally!!! Thank you, this is so helpful!!!
My left jaw pops and my jaw when opening is shaky when opening, and i always feel pressure on my left jaw it's annoying. Then there's also the physical difference you can see when looking at both sides of my face
It worked!! I had jaw pain on the left side when I opened my mouth to a certain degree; it only started happening yesterday. I tried the first exercise. It took a couple of attempts to get the spot right but I was doing it and I suddenly felt my sinus clear. It was like the whole area behind my face relaxed and was set correctly in place. Hopefully it'll feel like it's perfectly back to normal by tml!
Quite the contrary. Consulting a local physical therapist and working your way through your issue is the only way to properly treat dysfunction. This is not convenient in anyway as it takes hard work, a lot of thought, and diligence in doing the proper exercises. Though the exercises in the video may help some, it is not uniquely designed for you, so please consult a medical professional in your area before doing these exercises.
No idea why it even started but the left side of my jaw pops. Sometimes when i open my mouth too wide too quickly, and when i lay on my left side in bed which is sadly the side i mostly sleep on. I just now came across this video and tried the 3 exercises. 2 was the more comfortable one so i will keep doing that one for awhile and see if it helps!
I have it constantly even when my jaw is closed it’s really annoying, I find it’s even worse if I eat French stick or tough foods, I been trying loads of things now and it won’t go away, it’s mainly on the right side of my face
Can you go over what is best for people that grind their teeth in their sleep. I just started doing this and apparently it gets so loud that my bf has to pry my mouth open for me to stop. I dont wake up at all during this but now my jaw hurts all the time and eating is becoming limited. If tried mouth guards and asleep me chicks them across the room. Please send help.
Thank you for this video. First, I had a popping noise when I was eating, few days ago. Then, the popping noise disappeared gradually after a few days. But now, when am eating or washing my mouth, sometimes, I have a sudden strong pain in my jaws that lasts like for a second (very fast) and it feels like my mouth twisted and hurts my teeth, so I have to be very careful when am eating to not make a bad movement and I have to chew slower to prevent that. What would be a possible cause and the name of the condition? Maybe TMJ? Also, worth to mention that the first exercise didn't hurt me; I thought that it was gonna be painful, but no. Maybe is it because I don't have TMJ and it another disease, or maybe I have TMJ but in a light level?
I may or may not have a problem. My jaw used to pop when I moved it. After few months it stopped and I'm happy for that, BUT.. It got stuck in that uncomfortable state when I want it to pop but it just can't. It doesn't feel like it used to. Like my left side is normal and the right side that used to pop doesn't feel right anymore. Is that normal or should I seek help?
Hey the first method worked😭😭!! Now how many times do I need to do it (prescribed time), if it starts popping again? (Edit)After 5 mins: oh it came back again🙂
