Not too sure how I found your channel, but I dig it. Just tried the Thanksgiving sour. It's fantastic, honestly. Thank you for putting this out. Some interesting things I noticed. When I made it with fresh lime juice, it's super well balanced with just a slight hint of that vanilla apple spice vibe. I made it with super juice and the vanilla apple spice note skyrockets, but so does the heartburn and acidic aftertaste. If I can tone done the "roughness" of the acid from the super juice, it'd be damn near perfect. Thanks again? 8:09 I was bothered the entire recipe of your autumn Daiquiri, we indeed don't see you adding the lime juice and yet it is on the recipe. Maybe a simple omission.
