One note from a registered nurse: when things are blended up or juiced, they pass through your gut quickly (quicker than normal). Your body doesn’t get the chance to absorb the maximum amount of nutrients you just drank as it would if you chewed and ate the spinach vs liquifying it. The more natural fiber it has and in its original form, the better the absorption time on it.
I been needing to add more greens into my diet. I guess I have only 7% of bile being produced in my gallbladder when it should be 30 to 70%. They want to take out my gallbladder but I really want to give it a shot to get it back up naturally before surgery. Hope I'm making the right choice but greens are supposed to help! Take a 2 tbsp evoo, with 1 tbsp of chia seeds. Soak for 15 min. Before a meal. You will notice a difference in your bile. I just started, I say results with just 1 tbsp of evolution on an empty stomach. Note stated after the first meal after.

I NEVER add ice. Reasons: First of all, many of the items I add to a smoothie are FROZEN. Second, I don't like tearing up my blender. My smoothies are ALWAYS very cold because of all the frozen items I add to them. And I'm sure that most people would agree that ice is not necessary. Of course ice melts and adds more liquid to the smoothie so if you don't like thick smoothies, you can always add more of the liquid ingredients.
I am twice my normal weight and not happy. I truly can't wait to try these smoothies, I like banana but find it to be overly sweet. I am eager to bring my weight down and get back to a healthier lifestyle, thank you 🙂. P.S., I have noticed a lot of people tend to over use the word "literally" in their videos, sometimes it's just a filler word to avoid feeling stuck. Sometimes content creators don't catch it because they are doing play backs to fine tune the edits of what to keep and chop. Watch your vid in it's entirety and you will giggle at what is there.

the only protein that works for me to regulate my bloods sugar and gave me energy is chicken 🍗 or beef 🥩 turkey meat meat meat if is not meat my body does not recognized anything, I get hypoglycemia if I don’t eat my protein/meat! So this smoothies will be a great snack but not for protein to replace a meal.
I was having protein shakes every day and diarrhea everyday. Finally figured out myself that the sub sugar was wreaking havoc on my gut. When I stopped drinking it, I was normal again. I suffered for months before discovering the reason. :/.
The powder has banana powder. I’m allergic to bananas, so the title is a bit misleading. It doesn’t seem to be the same carb count as fresh banana, but still a no for me.
These look great! Going to try with a plant-based yogurt as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy. Thank you for sharing
To each his own when it comes to shakes. I don't use any type protein powders. I do not believe any of them promote health. A lot of people don't tolerate dairy either. Enjoy your shakes, I'm happy they work for you.

Hi I love Andrew hsn powder specifically coffee flavor however he doesn’t have enough protein you need no less than 25 grams so try adding another scoop of pure protein powder there vanilla and strawberry is very good you want 30 grams with each meal

You should use a better almond milk. Malk is a better 3 ingredient choice. Protien powder lacks the fat natural protiens have. How about adding an avacado!? For good fat & it's creamy. I'm going to try these!
I have the ninja smoothie blender and no matter how long I blend it for it never comes out that smooth, there are always still little pieces of spinach and blueberry skin
Title says no banana but you said the second one had organic bananas in the smoothie mix? Both the mixes you used in the 2nd and 3rd one have banana . Its very important to point out as we have a severe banana allergy in the household and the title is misleading.
