✨ To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. May clarity replace confusion. I hope peace and calmness fill your life.
Since following you my sessions are so much more focused and less stressful. I don't even realise i've been studying for three hours. Absolutely great! And thank you for making the videos so esthetically pleasing as well. You can really feel the vibe. We've been only been study budies for a couple of months now, but i feel this will help me with so many tasks. Thank you!

writing my thesis for my Master's degree. Always been hard to focus even when listening to this lofi. always feel like giving up my Master. No motivation whatsoever, but i still keep going slowly.
I’m studying programming for the next semester… it’s so hard for me but I was able to study longer because of this video! Thank you for making this video
"What if it turns out better than imagined? Just do it!" - Not a truer quote, Sherry! I applied for an editorial internship with Penguin Random House a few months ago. I poured my sweat and tears into the process and did my very best with my application. I applied only for one position- this editorial internship with PRH, and I knew the competition was exceedingly high, much higher than other fields, and I had many self doubts. But it was my passion- to help project diverse voices in children's and YA literature. Many months down the road, yesterday I got contacted by Penguin Random House saying they were offering ME the job! I was so blown away that the one seemingly insurmountable opportunity was being offered to me after all my hard work. And they assigned me to an imprint that focuses on the very mission of diversity which I am passionate about! So thankful that I decided a few months ago to JUST DO IT.
Hi, Sherry! Just this morning, I passed a major licensing exam for my job and I want to thank you! I played your videos in the background and they really got me motivated. Thank you for what you do here! Wishing you continued success!
After struggling for hours to sit and concentrate on my work I can finally say that I am getting some work done! It's amazing what difference a playlist like this one can make! Thank youuuu :)
I'm studying discrete mathematics for my final exam tonight. I was struggling to study so I came to the library to study a bit and this video just helped me so much timing my study today. I usually don't like coming to the library because I feel a little lost in time, but today it was super good.
Finishing my final project up today. Thank you for your calming study sessions. They are helping me get through my master's degree with way less stress than I expected!
I have to say--I chanced across this tonight randomly and it was exactly what I needed, I've been struggling a lot with studying lately and this gave me the structure I was lacking studying by myself. And my mood has improved on top of that! Thank you very much, I'll definitely be revisiting this in the future 💖
Here are some top tips . Always have a drink on you your brain works better with water . Follow the pomodoro technique as much as possible . Keep moving and having little breaks . If you find it easier have a pet or toy with you . Listen to music on headphones or so it helps productivity and does not distract others . Keep all distractions off limits such as turning your phone off Hope this helped
Thank you, it means a lot, and its kinda comforting to know that i'm not alone doing these stressful project. Cheer up everyone, let's ge thru this together 🤍
I love your videos! I’ve just started my own “with me” channel because these type of videos helped me so much whilst drawing for work or just staying in that reading loop! Keep up the great work and any tips are super welcome 🥰🖋🌸🏠☕️😙
this is honestly keeping me on task. Im not enjoying what I have to get done tonight, but I need to get it done ASAP and sometimes this is the only way I know how to stay on-task for a long duration
to everyone who's studying with this music: checklist: • a bottle of water, at least 1 liter. your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate • your charger. you sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time • your headphones . you will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises . also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone • a tea or coffee . coffee keeps you awake, and green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well . • your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper, or whatever you need . • anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, or your pet so you have a study buddy ? reminder: after an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break . open your window, even if it's cold outside. fresh air will make it better, trust me . you could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast . or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. you can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book . (This isn't mine, but I hope it helps!)
Studying laws. Thanks for the music and the cute bell from the timer. So calm. Hope you have more 'Deep Focus Pomodoro timer' like this. It's so useful!
My exam is tomorrow 8 in the morning i still have a subject left to study I’m suffering my metal health rn and having so many break downs i even selfharmed my fingers to stay focus and not lose it to myself I don’t know how i will study nor how will i pass this I’m sick and tired. I wish it will be the last time I’m suffering this wish me luck.
I hate the replies in comments when people start talking about their own problems claiming that they understand you, rather than helping you with real solutions. So forgive me if every sentence of me starts with '' I ''. But I understand you so so much on what you're going through. When I read your comment it felt like I have written it myself. I have been the best student everyone could know all my life, but once I got to medical school I wasn't recognising myself anymore. I wanted to be an orthopaedic surgeon. In my country medical school is 6 years. I studied for 4 years and left it. I was in a private university. All those years and money gone for nothing, lost, wasted. I feel shame. I have embarrased my family. They were really proud of having a medical student daughter. I am 24 and still living with them and I have never worked in my life. My friends are in the 5th year of medical school while I have started a new degree and I am in the first year. It is extremely difficult to concentrate and to memorize the subjects, when you feel so behind, when you are depressed. And I hate it when people tell me ' go to therapy', ' go to a doctor and take medications'. I am not a robot or a machine so easily and mecanichally fixed. I tried them all and nothing changed. Only I can help myself. I am still trying to find my strength because if there is one true thing that they say it is that '' everything you ask for is already within you'. And ' you have strength inside you'. I haven't found it yet. The best thing that everyone, absolutelely everyone should do to help themselves is not to let things in the last minute. I don't want to make you feel hopeless or anxious because I have left my subjects for the last minute so many times you can't imagine it. It is so easy to plan and daydream ' I will learn this subject from start to finish for x days ' but often I would put myself through unrealistic time periods. And I also wanted a good grade. I would cause so much psychological preassure to myself. The best thing is to be a systematic student, meaning dividing the subject in small chunks to study every day but you should start studying exactly the day you begin the subject in school, so you have plenty of time ahaid till the day of exam. You shouldn't start studying the subject months after the professor has started it. in fact sometimes there are so many subjects that we cannot organise them perfectly, but I advise you not to lose much time. Everyone needs day off, just don't take months off without studying. Help your future self now. What I have done in my new degree is 1. I record every professor. 2. I take notes from the books, I don't just read them, I write things, because I memorise them better. It takes me time but functions for me. 3. I have 2 subjects that are no just theory, chemistry and physics. I go to course. 4. I suffer from anxiety so I always keep one of The Sherry Formula videos open. Volume not too loud. 5. I search for the things I don't understand from the book, in google. I also use zlibrary for free pdf books when I need more sources. 6. I list the things I have to know from the subject like a form of table of contents. 7. Personally, I study better somewhere outside, not in home, but in a quiet coffee shop or library, but before 2 months I got operated in Italy. Now I have to stay in wheelchair till the end of August. So I have to study at home. It is difficult, I don't like closed places, I need some fresh air, but I can't walk now. I wouldn't suggest studying in your room. I love studying in small quiet coffee shops that my city has. It is the only way my anxiety stops. Alprazolam doesn't function in me. Fresh air makes me energised, medications make me wanna sleep. 8. Our professors post their power point slides in the platform of the unversity and I always print them. It takes me time but I cannot study otherwise. You may have plenty of reasons why you cannot do these things, like maybe your professors don't explain good, you may have financial problems and you can't take a course in numerical and logical subjects, your city or your neighbourwood may not have a QUIET coffee shop but I strongly advise you to write what you learn. Notes are really helpful. If you are already late and cannot pass an exam even if you study because you don't have enough time, what's the worst that can happen? You will have to repeat the exam. If there are many exams that you haven't pass and you cannot pass in the next year and you lose one year and you have to repeat it, remember that I have lost 4 years of university, 4 YEARS. The only thing that's the end of the world is the end of the world. 1 month before leaving medical school I cannot explain to you how tired my brain was. I felt stuck. Burn out is the worst. It destroys you mentally. No study tip could function for me. It felt so useless every attempt. I wish you luck with your exams, find what best functions for you by trying some ways. It is difficult when you have burn out, you know that in order to calm your mind you need to rest, but on the same time you want to take the exams and succeed. For me, these videos in background, keeping notes from books and slides, studying outside when I was healthy, and hearing the registration of the lesson explained by the profssors have helped me. I wish you luck again.
@@facilissima4454 I read the whole comment! So interesting to hear about someone's life. Hopefully you will get back on your feet both physically and mentally in school good luck in life bro!

Thank you. Today's tasks were tackling all sorts of chapter notes, which would have been such a struggle without the structure of this video. Have a beautiful day! You deserve it!
