Okay, gave the teddy bear squats a go tonight EMOM style with 165 bag. They will be in the weekly rotation for a bit. The SB one motion… boy howdy, gonna have order something smaller for those! Thanks for share the great ideas!
Sorry since it’s not totally related to the video but you mention the sandbag one motion is kind of like a kettlebell swing and it made me think. I feel like you’ve mentioned before you aren’t a huge fan of kettlebells (if I’m wrong, sorry!) and I never seen them in your videos. That’s all totally fine. But it does seem like Turkish get-ups are the kinda of weird loaded movement pattern you would be a fan of. I’d be curious what your take is on that.
Great exercises! Off topic, what brand of jeans are you wearing that allows you to workout like that? It is always a pain to find jeans that fit bigger legs and 🍑. I think if I did those exercises with my jeans, I would have a wardrobe malfunction.
