There are a number of people skill mistakes that will make you unlikeable as a leader. From playing favourites to being aggressive toward people at work or going back on your promises. These are some of the more obvious people skill mistakes that can make your team dislike you as a leader.
Then there are less obvious people skills mistakes. Ones that can easily be overlooked. Sometimes it's because you don't even think about them, other times it's because you don't know how to handle them so you simply choose to ignore them.
But because I want to make you into the most successful and well liked leader you can be, I'm highlighting these people skill mistakes to you in this video.
