Want to eat your body weight in cream cheese and crescent dough? Allow me to show you how! For no reason whatsoever, I put together camping recipes for crab rangoons, a cinnamon-y cheesecake like thing, and bagel bites.

Just discovered your channel and I really like your creative designs. I have a 2019 4Runner and hope to use some of your ideas to enhance my camping experiences. Also appreciate the fact that you pay attention to cost and you do the construction yourself. Too many channels have product sponsors or spend thousands of dollars on their upgrades to the point that it is not realistic for the rest of us. And we are living out of our rigs every day. this morning did the chocolate covered raisin in puff pastry shell. turned out excellent. after dinner had the thought, puff pastry shell, butterflied open than stuffed with chocolate chip cookie dough. probable need only 1/2 a cookie dough chunck.

use a full piece cookie dough, just mash it down till the size of the cut circle. baked this batch for 15 minutes. should go to about 18 minutes maybe. had 2 for breakfast.

Now I want to put cream cheese in everything😂. You gave me an idea. I may try puff pastry in a pie iron with cherry pie filling and sugar/cinnamon cream cheese. Afterward, sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Yum 😋

Bought imitation crab and cream cheese also wonton wrappers...have never used them before..weeks ago...haven't had nerve to try it yet. But I will now. Your desert looks amazing...now that's a "grilled cheese" LOL

Thanks so much! Here’s a pretty typical recipe for ET bagel seasoning. Enjoy! 🥯 2 tbsp poppy seeds 1 tbsp white sesame seeds 1 tbsp black sesame seeds 1 tbsp + 1 tsp dried minced garlic 1 tbsp + 1 tsp dried minced onion 2 tsp coarse salt

Maybe less cream cheese (I know, the horror of it) would be less moisture and blow outs thereby getting a better crisp factor on the dough? All interesting. I hope you're taking notes for that future camp cookbook of yours. 😉

If only I had that sort of restraint 😅 While I think it would reduce blowouts, I’m not sure it would help crispness. 🤔 I think less or no butter, and giving the sugar a chance to cool and harden would help. Maybe. I probably should be taking notes 😬

these days due to costs all my chinse resturants an commerical products have switched too sweetend creamcheese rangoons instead of crab. if i want crab i need to make it myself. the sweetend are all the spices you put in for the crab an sugar. now you got me thinking, (a dangerous prospect), i have or had 3-4 companies that do the immitation crab leg / pieces. one company did good ones that tasted like crab. think i can still get them at lund / brleys at 8$ lb.
