Hi Jenny, thanks for following me and subscribing to my Channel. I’m glad you’re enjoying my videos. From the outset I’ve always maintained and try my best to keep it real. I will not endorse a company or a product if I don’t use it myself or if I don’t believe in the product. I’ve been dealing with my tackle supplier for many years. The owners of the business schooled with my Dad. His been buying from them for many years. They sponsor me not only for the business return or for sales but because of our history and they are proud to sponsor me and see me grow because they take a genuine interest in me. Yes new sponsors have also come on board which is expected as my Channel grows. I need the sponsors and revenue as an individual to be able to sustain and support my hobbie. To be able to go out on these adventures and to produce content. So yes there is a business element to it and this helps me financially as well. I will always keep it real and relatable for my subscribers and will not endorse a product I don’t use or believe in. Hope you understand and that you continue to support my channel as that also assists me with an income. I will continue producing salt of the earth content as for me it’s a way of life and what you see on the screen is exactly how I am in reality. I love this sport, I have a passion for the ocean and will always advocate for responsible and sustainable fishing. Thanks
Always good to be out. Too many reasons why I love fishing. The sun rises is definitely one of them. Fish are a bonus. That box bro, haai, you said it, unacceptable. 🤣😂. Rather show the larnies mine next time. I had to work so no coffee for the session, wah!! Looking forward to getting out soon.
Nice buddy... Just a little tip. Keep the sinker slightly shorter than the hook snoot. That way it won't knock your livey unconscious when casting it out. Keep the vids coming. Enjoying this channel 👍👍
nice one, well my father introduced me to fishing but we use to fish in rivers up until we moved to the city (Durban) and found the harbour then i actualy saved up my pocket money to buy my first fishing rod that cost me R35 back then, the one that came with a flotter, half an aunce sinker and i think 2 hooks or something i was about ten then, with that i caught my first mallet and i was by my self when i caught it i didn't know what to do, my hands were shaking from the adrenalin and exitement, i was hooked. I love fishing because it brings me so much joy, i just forget about everything and at that time its just me and the fish. My father has since passed and when i go fishing i feel closer to him. Thank you for that Question.
Love your story Wandile 😄 ya I know the rod set you’re referring to. I caught my first fish on a bamboo rod. My Dad took me to the Umzimkhulu river and I’ve been hooked ever since 😄 thanks for sharing and take care, keep on fishing !! 🤙
It’s an absolutely stunning spot Kp, yes there are Kob, Garrick, Bronze bream, mussel cracker, Rockcod available at this spot. I’m going back this weekend to catch some Kob😄 last week we had missed their feed by 2 days before the barometric pressure dropped. They way thick there according to the locals. Anyways that’s fishing. Look out for that video and thanks for your support 🤙
Shot for the mention bud!! Why I fish.. its a special time to sit and admire God's creation, a time to forget all worries, a time to charge the batteries. Love the channel!
You’ve summed it up pretty well Deon! Glad to assist with such great initiatives 😄 hope you get all the support you need. Thank you for supporting the Chanel 👊
Thanks for a machine episode, Kent. I agree=you must have heard the saying..."a bad day's fishing is still better than a good day at work"....Regards. Anil Lachman.
Great video as usual. I enjoy watching. My opinion I think the hooks are to big for the pinkies. Also if the current allows u too... Use a light grapnel as posible. Tight lines and keep em coming
What a wonderful outing. When you guys are videoing on the rocks or beach I take in deep breaths and fill my lungs. From 4 in the morning the cars drive 10 meter away from my bedroom window. All you smell for 18 hours is petrol and diesel. 24-7. Thanks for sharing. Missing out at sandpits? Don't worry guys the next time.
Ah no Xris, you need to get down to the beach some time but for as long as you can’t I will make sure i take you along with on all our adventures. Thanks for always supporting 🙏
Great show larni hard to exp the beach just relaxing.good to getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.i always carry these mini refuse bags in my fishing box and travel rod.always leave the place cleaner .thnx larni .much appreciated. God bless and stay safe
Yes it’s so peaceful and fresh 😄 yes I need to do that as well thanks for the tip. We always having to carry other people’s dirt home. Will make mention of this on my next video. Thanks Praveen and take care 🤙
That's an awesome fishing spot, Kob/garrick waters for sure on a livey 👌 your tackle in your box is almost exactly the same as mines right up to the gt ice-creams (I've got exactly the same two) 😀 love your story brother on how you started fishing and why you love fishing and your content is always tops, wishing you guys the best always! Tightlines! ❤️🙏
Yes it’s a great spot, hoping to head out one of the evenings for Kob. Just need to clean my tackle up a bit 🤣 Darren’s is so organized must check it 🤣Thanks Reshal 🤙
Just found your channel. Really good stuff. Hope to get a few lessons from you seasoned fisherman. We only get to fish dams and rivers inland unfortunately.
From a lity I loved fishing so much that I should make my trace and even put bait on my hook before we could leave to the beach🙈 fishing makes you a better person I think" you can just notice a person that likes fishing and one that loves fishing" Now that iv gotten older I love fishing in places were its not very crowded.. The feeling of being on the beach nothing can beat that, soon as you get to the there you forget about everything.. There's no worries no sorries or stress" it's the best place to be if you have something that's bothering you" to be honest if I don't fish I start getting edgy and irritated like something is missing in my life.. As Derrick said the catching is a bonus and to target a certain species and then catching it is a accomplishment on its own and you can't beat that feeling💯

I've been trying to persuade her. Aaannnndddd that hat ! Shoot me the store info so I can order one that black snap back is clean. I'll be waiting on your merch so we can cop a set as well.
I'd like to fish at Mirina Beach as well. Looks like an awesome spot. Really appreciate the principle of keeping the place clean by removing your fishing debris
Ah yes, there’s some really beautiful scenic beaches on the South Coast. Our water always looks machine 🤣 ya I need to put some bags in my tackle box because we’re always having to put the rubbish in our bags. Thanks Nicky

I’ve really enjoyed using this reel. I’ve been working it real hard for about a year. Landed all sorts from Bronze Bream, Rockcod, Kob, kingfish and it handles really well. Good value for money. Shot 🤙
