I learned that first sweep from a Keenan video. Sometimes I bait people to step that foot up with an unbalance just because that sweep is so easy! I’d never seen the other two techniques though so I’ll give them a try tonight👌

One question: have you shown the technique behind that knee lever lasso sweep when the guy pins the bottom leg and reaches for the crossface?
