The last tongue-twisted moment is an important message itself: when we make mistakes, when we get thrown off, when things don't work out the way we intend, just take a moment to mentally reset yourself, mentally and physically take a breath, and keep moving forward with a clear mind. We often allow little negative things to derail us for hours, even days, but remembering that mistakes are part of life and to forgive ourselves will completely reshape your mental health.

Thanks for this great video! I am just getting into qigong though I had heard about it years ago. I guess better late than never. I have an important question though….will this exercise and any others you have help me with my stomach acid (not acid reflux or heartburn) that I get when I try to wean off my stomach acid medication (PPI)? I don’t want to have to take this PPI for life as there are serious side effects from taking too long and for life. TIA.

Can I do this exercise while I’m seating? I can’t stand up properly I have Multiple Sclerosis

Hi Lorena! Yes, you can certainly adapt these exercises for a seated position. As long as you feel safe, comfortable, and don't try any movements that aren't advised by your medical practitioner.
