Today I made pineapple and Canadian bacon pizza bakes, crab pasta, and Spanish style rice!

PINEAPPLE CANADIAN BACON PIZZA BAKE
Dough:
1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
On each pizza:
2 tbsp no sugar added bbq sauce
3 slices Canadian bacon, diced
1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
2 tbsp red onion, diced
1/4 cup shredded light mozzarella cheese
Bake at 400 for 28-30 minutes
CRAB PASTA
6 oz protein plus spaghetti noodles
1 zucchini, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 tsp garlic paste
6 sticks imitation crab (about 9oz)
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
Salt & pepper
Garlic salt
SPANISH STYLE RICE
1 bag riced cauliflower sweet potato mix
1 can sweet corn
1 can black or pinto beans
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups jasmine rice (or rice of choice)
1/2 cup enchilada sauce
Salt & pepper
Garlic salt
Taco seasoning
