It's very disingenuous leaving out half of the verse that you just quoted. This is the rest of the verse that you literally just quoted from: For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

We cannot buy or work our way into Heaven for God saved us by grace through faith, it's a gift that cannot be bought. God made us to do good works (Not required for salvation as the previous verse mentions). If you want to spit on the sacrifice Christ gave on the cross by saying it's not enough for salvation you can, I just don't follow.
