I let go of colors, of myself. It's an interesting correlation but I used to be all about being playful and colorful ("sparkly") and expressive, but I'm realizing it was not authentic to me... my true self doesn't care about none of that, I'm recreating my entire page and realized I don't like sparkly things, I like simple things. So I let go of "sparkly" and embrace simplicity. Also letting go of being nice and embracing being more polarizing in my relationships.. it's a muscle but I've gotten better over time
Lol I just moved to queens NY recently (more by force than choice) a bunch of crazy people here.. BTW people have their own head on their own shoulders if they fall for something like that that's really on them.. you have a good heart, the right people will know..others will learn on their own timeframe I guess... This feels so synchronous once again Aaron bless your heart, I to am letting go of what others think of me, I’ve never had a problem speaking my truth and being vulnerable I’m a poet, but as you described beautifully an empath after childhood trauma and trying to tune in to what people are feeling, recently I’ve felt disrespected and ghosted so I spoke up, it was received as aggression when I felt assertive, I realised very quickly I was surrounded by in authentic people and looking for approval from them, back to the drawing board amazing video thank you for vulnerability and sharing this all the love ❤️
Pay attention to the source of people's criticisms. Pay attention only to those who emulate the lives you wanna get to. Everything else is noise, Aaron makes a good point here about discernment. Learn to discriminate between things that touch your spirit and things that are just distractions.

Aaron I can’t even explain what this technique has done to me. I will complete the 21 days on Dec 13th. Every time I go to the grocery store, I get stared at, people move out of my way. (Not to be cocky) I’m still a kind person, and have manners and I’m not arrogant with this magnetism. People smile at me, and every time I ask for help, people literally jump to help me. I used to be a nice girl and a people pleaser where I felt like I didn’t even exist on this earth. Now I feel so grounded and in my own body and you know what’s most IMPORTANT IS THE SEPARATION! This meditation saved my life.

The bit about the chakras and embodying the top three chakras is very profound. It essentially sums up the feeling of anxiety. not grounded, trying to tune in to everyone all at once, total mental and physcal overload, body shuts down. Thats exactly it
PS I really admire that you are honest about caring what people think about the scammers we’re only human no one‘s perfect and it’s only human to care if someone thinks you’re a scammer or not. But you’re acknowledging it and that’s the first step to overcoming it.❤️
I had the same experience when I was little. Whenever my parents had a fight or when there was a problem, I would take it on myself and think if I helped out, they wouldn’t fight. They would enjoy themselves if I took over the housework. I acknowledge the tendency to people please in me but it drove me at one point in my life to the other extreme. To completely dismiss everyone. To stop caring about anyone’s opinion. We don’t want the extremes. Aim for balance. I only care about the validation of people who are important to me. Role models or mentors. I care about the people who care about me. I think that is balance.

I’ve gotten a lot better with my people pleasing but I’m always been a nice person even before becoming spiritual and I don’t ever expect anything in return I just like giving I love seeing someone smile that makes my day is seeing someone smile.
I used to have a pretty strong frame until a sociopath left a trauma in me this made me an empath, however. thanks to these videos I finally see what is wrong with me and why I used to be so confident. I like you better than most youtubers because you do the inner work and share your knowledge

You don’t want people to get scammed under your name. That is caring about other people and it is actually caring about your reputation. That is self love. There is nothing wrong with that!

Ive gotten those dms on Instagram. I've reported some. Sometimes you cannot report them. I'm sorry this keeps happening to you. You're not responsible for people doing shitty things. I disassociate chronically. And I literally bleed energy, constantly. I can feel it pour out of my hands and feet constantly. I can feel everyone but me. You've helped me more than anyone. I grew up as the only black kid in a privileged white town. Even though I was idolized and fetishized my core wound was a fear of being ostracized because I was viewed as a foreign entity.
When my ex shot me and killed himself I use to worry about what ppl had to say about me but after my spiritual awakening I gained all my power back and began to walk In my purpose I enjoy helping others to heal, and love themselves !
This resonated with me for some reason. Today I spent 5 hours guiding and reading someone. When they said how do I have a perfect life like you, I told them I'm not perfect at all and explained how. Well somehow that turned into them judging me like I would have never expected you been through that... And you're here helping people anyways. Well yeah? What else am I supposed to do ...
@@DarlingsDomain :) I have been through so much and use to always wonder why my life has been so hard but once i began a soul realignment training everything made sense to me so my soul purpose is spiritual teacher and spirit says my truth is what can help heal other people and then slowly I begin to speak my truth I never thought I could and I understand that in my past lives it was certain lessons that I fail to understand so I had to go through so many hard times just to learn the lesson lol.

Learn to validate yourself and who cares what people think 🤔 and trust yourself and your opinions matter, have confidence in yourself and that right there attracts people, and another thing is to observe not absorb from people 👍 up Aaron
I have a stalker idk who they are but they definitely know me. They've spent 90 hours every week for 4 years. They have created thousands of accounts, caused me to put tons of words into filters, and lots of stress. They have triangulated other RU-vidrs with me constantly and try to create drama and slander my character with other RU-vidrs. It's very very annoying. Especially when they use VPN and there's nothing to track them.

I really want to work out at the gym but I care way too much what people think.. like if I look dumb and I get severe anxiety and leave. I also care in all other aspects of my life and I hate it

So many scammers online once your a victim they never leave you alone! Keep reporting them and block them because they can ruin your lives they almost caused a divorce in my family!
