Enjoy this class very much. Am 71 and this level seems perfect for me. I mix it up withthe others for various symptoms and try to do a lot of brisk walks. All helps but keeps my days busy ! Thanks so much

Thanks Lauren have had a massive change of meds has floored me for 5 weeks. I enjoyed your class had to sit downn10 mins to go bad dystonia is lowe back but got a sweat up and enjoyed it xxx

Kelly, that sounds really difficult. One day we hope for much better treatment for PD. Good fornyiunfornpushing forward and doing the workout. Sitting isn't cheating so don't be too hard on yourself. Sounds like it was effective! Hope the dystonia settles down soon❤️

I'm so sorry your dystonia got in the way of your workout. Keep at it and do only what you can when you can. Cardio (forced exertion) is so important for all of us but especially for those with PD so keep up the great work. It will help with better mobility, better gait even stronger executive function because of the cognitive element. Thanks for all your hard work. Keep at it and keep in touch.

YAY for you Heidi - I agree, I sometimes I get so into my workout and carried away with the music that I dont even realize how long or hard I am working. We are not the norm however hahaha most people cant wait for it to be over....but so glad you are so energized at the end. We have to spread the word and hope more people can let go and just have fun 🤣🤣🤣

Hi Lauren. Another great innovating video. I tried hard and failed. I did it all and repeated parts. Overall I rank my performance as D, for an effort. BTW do you know why I stopped receiving PfP responces to my comments in my mail box?
@PowerforParkinsons
@PowerforParkinsons 6 месяцев назад
Moshe, don’t count any attempt as a failure. Purely trying activates your brain. Maybe another go round on another day you’ll see more improvement. Let us know if you receive this reply by email. If not, I believe you need to adjust your RU-vid settings. Thanks for all the special messages you send ~ Nina

Moshe I sincerely doubt you failed. The fact that you did it all is proof you in fact succeeded. Good for you! These standing cardio classes are difficult and then when you add the cognitive element they are downright challenging and will take a number of tries to feel you are doing them with me correctly. Remember - we are NOT looking for perfection. We are looking for you to move, and try hard. It sounds like that is exactly what you did. Good for you. Please keep at it. You will find the more familiar it becomes the easier it will be to complete at your pace and at your ability. Thanks for always trying so hard. I am so proud of you.
