I enjoyed this session - but foind the jumoing jacks hard to follow - my arms are very stiff dont like to bend. - greetings from CAnada - you really have helped me deal with P - thanks for what you do.

Ahh, we are so sorry to hear that friend :) Can we recommend repeating this class a few times - many of our participants find that with repetition the classes become a lot more manageable and don't feel as fast. Let us know how you go!!

Great workout Polly! They 4x4 was a fun format, especially when repeating it! I tried really hard to remember what we did each set! I so look forward to the dance break! It really sets the tone for my day! I love that it puts me in such a great mood!
