Thank you so much for explaining your process for prep. This is so useful for guys wanting to try powerlifting and how to prep leading up to the lifts.
In my head, I see Bart as this silly asian dad that is funny af, has a deep passion in lifting/athletics, and a former marine. Now Bart just absolutely killed his bodybuilding show not too long ago, and he's back in the powerlifting scene and competing at an impressive level. Keep pushing the limits you old fart!
