Man , you just don't know how lucky you are to have this small gym filled with only essential gear like rings, horizontal bars, a punching bag, anyway keep it up 👍💪 Am not fully into calisthenics or any parkour, but your work still inspiring me for some simple stuff especially that your work is oriented toward versatile, Wich gives a feeling of freedom that I guess am not the only one to like it. Keep it up buddy 💪❤️🌍❤️🇲🇦🙏💪🙏
Thank you! You are absolutely spot on I reverted back to practicing chest to wall HS to practice straight line I have very good shoulder flexibility / mobility but as soon as I am doing free standing HS when I record I see that I am doing banana. It is difficult to learn the awareness but, I think like the rest of learning HS like the balance this awareness takes time. Thank you for your upload.
It would be awesome if you could put up a beginner follow-along workout for all of us stuck at home! I’ve been looking forward to your update, so thanks and stay healthy 👍🏻
When your legs start falling back you should move your hips to the front. You can try handstand press negatives to get the feeling of moving the hips when falling back
Push even more to open the shoulders!! You can use the handstand for mobility practice if you just do some stretching in between sets... But do the handstand chest to wall to see just how much you can open the shoulders without worrying about balance..
